Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. Not a great selection but quite typical for Italy. Bathroom was not super clean but ok, although 1 of the towels was dirty so I did not use. On the whole, it was fair value for the money.

It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!

The mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable. The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference.

For starters Expedia gives you the wrong address for where the hotel is even at, so we showed up to the wrong place. when we got to our room there was no shower curtain the AC was noisy and we had no washing machine when it’s supposed to be included. All of their descriptions are vague and leave out important details. We asked how we use the gym and the staff member said we come back in the morning and they give us a ticket, we come back in the morning and they tell us they don’t do that. The shuttles are very expensive and none of descriptions matched the actual experience.

Una de cal y una de arena

El apartamento está genial por el precio que tiene. Que es un poco justo el paso de la habitación a la sala, no lo niego, pero tiene otras cosas a favor.... Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginación para tender dentro de la habitación, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeña cocina... Poco menaje, tan sólo un puchero y ninguna sartén, pero cenamos en frío y el desayuno con el microondas nos apañamos. Pensé que no habría limpieza, pero la ha habido diaria, con cambio de toallas e incluso nos hicieron la cama, un detallazo, gracias!!! Se aparca muy fácil en las inmediaciones y posee restaurantes y supermercados variados alrededor. El personal de recepción muy amable y al personal de limpieza ¡GRACIAS!!! En mayúsculas, porque ha sido una grata sorpresa y ha sido muy amable la señora que nos asignaron. El punto negativo y mucho es para el sofá, que no me importa tanto y la cama, ufffff. Vuelves de una jornada de pateo por Roma y esperas un colchón mínimamente acogedor, si lo buscas, este no es tu lugar. Por favor, traten de cambiar los colchones, sería un acierto. Gracias por todo

Bonjour, Ma famille et moi avons très bien étaient reçu. Je remercie tout particulièrement Rachida la réceptionniste pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et ses conseils pour que nous profitions un maximum de la ville. Nous avons pu échanger avec elle autours d’un rapide café qu’elle nous a gentillement propose à ma mère et moi et tout ça avec le sourire. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement !!
