Great boutique hotel in Monti, convenient location, just outside the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast has a great selection of food, our family really liked and would recommend it!

Very good location, easy to get to many tourist attractions by foot. Very kind and welcoming staff. Also very convenient because they can hold your luggage for you if you arrive earlier than check in or leave to go somewhere after checkout in the morning. Very clean and well taken care of, would definitely recommend.

I loved the location! I planned this trip to be in walking distance of most of the must see sights of Rome and this worked out perfect. The staff are great and the hotel was very clean. Definitely use their airport transfer services. They ended up being cheaper than the other options we found.

I loved the location and surrounding areas of Monti and its close proximity to the colloseum. Staff were friendly and the hotel was comfy and well air conditioned, though the bed a a little firm. I was a little disappointed the hottub area was not on.

Had a fantastic stay here! My partner and I arrived early due to flight times, we asked if we could leave our luggage and pop back later to check in, instead we got a free upgrade to a bigger room! Every member of staff from every department that we interacted with during our stay was incredibly lovely and friendly and very attentive. From giving us a free room upgrade, to helping us organise transport back to the airport for our early morning flight, they were all happy to help! The room was lovely, good size, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, and a lot of good bars and restaurants near by. Cannot recommend this place enough, and when we return to Rome in the future, we will definitely be staying here!

Such a wonderful break staying here it was clean room was lovely nice bed and shower lift good hotel lounge very inviting with free water and cookies check in was professional nice staff excellent area to see all the sights we did everything by foot the Trevi fountain about 10 min walk and u can get bus if u don’t want to walk gorgeous restaurants we had a fantastic time if your looking for a nice quiet hotel but near to things I’m confident enough to say book here we loved it and will go back again Poppy

Pro's. The hotel was in an excellent position for everything. Short walk from the train/bus station & main areas of Colosseum, Pantheon & Trevi. The breakfast was excellent & the room quiet with a comfortable bed. We didnt need to use it but understand there is an option to be able to leave your luggage which would be a huge help. All the staff were lovely & very helpful. Cons The plug in the bathroom sink stuck shut on 2 consecutive mornings leaving us unable to let water out after having a wash & we had to brush our teeth over the bidet (using bottled water I might add!). Maintenance must have just gone in & let the water out on both mornings because it wasn't fixed so on our last day we just got washed under running water & didnt use the plug. The room description said coffee maker & kettle so we took teabags as being english we like a cup of tea before bed 😀 There was no kettle & when I asked in reception it was obvious this must be a mistake in the listing. There was a coffee machine but there were only pods for black coffee supplied, no milk. The room was unbearably hot & we had trouble sleeping so bearing in mind the weather was cool/mild, goodness knows what its like in the heat of summer! The room description says aircon & although my husband found what looked to be some kind of controller, it didnt seem to do anything. Perhaps thats the price you pay for having a room thats well insulated & quiet! We enjoyed our stay in Rome & at this hotel, would stay again

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. During my stay, approximately €30 went missing from my bag in my room (a £20 note, some euro coins, and British coins). I reported this to the police, and it was documented clearly as €30, not €200 as the hotel has falsely claimed in their response. I even offered the hotel a copy of the police report, but they refused to accept it. There were also serious hygiene concerns. My toothbrush, which was left on a shelf, was found on the floor when I returned to my room — along with some of my personal care items. This is extremely unhygienic and completely unnecessary. Additionally, my makeup products — including some expensive lipsticks — were tampered with by cleaning staff. This raises serious concerns about respect for guests’ belongings and overall standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I also attempted to leave a note for the bar staff regarding a half-glass of wine I had purchased after the bartender left, offering to pay for it to avoid any misunderstanding. This was misrepresented in the hotel’s response, which implied attempted theft — a completely false accusation. I have the receipt for my wine purchase to prove this. The hotel also claimed to have CCTV, with signs posted indicating cameras are in operation. However, when I asked to review footage, I was told the cameras do not actually work. This is highly misleading for guests who assume their safety is being monitored. Rude manager
