Location is excellent. Staff let us check in when we arrived at half 10 although someone was mending the shower so we just left our bags. Didn’t see anyone again until we left as all communication is by watts app but that was fine.
The room itself is okay the bed was comfy but the attempt at quirky design didnt work. The shower is just weird some wood slatted bed thing that you can lie on and the wood is a bit mouldy.and the room is poorly designed overall. lots of things are broken eg the magnifying mirror and peddle bin are broke and was no remote for the tv which we raised but got no response. The fridge isn’t at all cold - many little things that could be easily improved. Traffic is noisy which you expect in central Rome but there was also a nightclub below and the kids were on the pavement shouting from midnight until 4 am every night. Lots of sirens as well. Room was on third floor there is a lift but still a flight of stairs. I wouldn’t stay here again but would choose this location as from this spot we could walk everywhere and didn’t use any transport to get to any sights. .
