Family friendly

Family friendly hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast, children’s play area, and pool. We especially appreciated the family room for two adults and two children (many hotels have a maximum of three in a room) and friendly, helpful staff. The location is quite a ways from the city but good walkers or those with a car can manage fine. We drove to a big parking garage, parked, and walked from there, which worked well for us. Having free ample parking at the hotel as well was a big plus.

Clean hotel, friendly reception. We missed coffee facility in the room. No wardrobe. Cloth hanging obscure big mirror behind- poor designing. Nice breakfast. Walking distance from metro station. Overall, enjoyed 4 days stay.

Room has NO shelves, bed table, closet or ANY surface where you can put your personal things. Absolutely no amenities, not even a plug by the bed. My phone charger was stolen and staff was rude and unwilling to help. Bar/restaurant staff was also rude and laughed at me when I asked for salt. Really BAD experience

Zeer tevreden!

Aan iedereen die een stedentrip Rome wil doen adviseren ik dit hotel. Het is schoon, ruim, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het is gunstig gelegen. Op 1500m is het metrostation. Met één kaartje van€ 1,50 zit je in het centrum.

El personal fue muy amable y la habitación muy cómoda y de buen tamaño, y el buffet del desayuno con muchas opciones. A nuestra salida, pudimos cómodamente tomar una bebida en el bar mientras esperábamos para ir hacia nuestro siguiente destino. El único inconveniente de este hotel es que no está conectado con algún transporte directo al centro, como líneas de tren o camiones. En nuestro caso, que tuvimos que hospedarnos sólo una noche porque nuestro vuelo llegó de madrugada, estuvo bien para dormir tranquilos, refrescarnos y continuar hacia el centro el día siguiente.

Sapone liquido centralizzato unico in dispenser per mani corpo e capelli (no comment), nessun set di cortesia (zero totale proprio), niente cassaforte, assenza di un terzo cuscino, nessuna camera è dotata di bottigliette d'acqua per cui appena arrivi in camera devi già scendere giù a comprarla, assenza totale di un armadio, doccia con pavimento piatto e aperto che fa allagare tutto il bagno, materasso così così, moquette da rivedere. Per carità Hall bellissima ma i servizi in camera sono del tutto insufficienti per un quattro stelle.

Muy recomendable hotel

Un hotel muy bueno, las recamara muy cómoda para 4 personas, baño de buen tamaño, y un cuarto tipo armario muy bien diseñando y espacioso con un refrigerador pequeño. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención de los chicos del mostrador muy amable.
