Great Rome Apt!!

The apartment was perfect for our three teenagers and my husband and I! Great location for walking to the sites, spacious and it had air conditioning and a washer!!!

Great area

Great base to come back and rest after walking all over Roma! We always ate at restaurants. Recommend Osterio del Sustegno for dinner (opens 7:30pm). Family owned restaurant — amazing food!

Nice Place - Great Location!

We had a great stay and can recommend the place because you can reach most of "Tourist" Rome by foot from there. Stefano as guest mgr has been very helpful.

Wonderful stay

The Appartment is in a perfect location close to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The air conditioning was much needed after walking in the heat all day. The appartment is spacious, comfortable and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent within walking distance of restaurants and sites. The floor plan is perfect for two couples traveling together. The front bedroom is a little noisy but that’s to be expected in such a great location with lots of activity. We would definitely chose this apartment again when visiting Rome.

Ideal Apartment is Better Than Ideal!

This property exceeded our expectations in many ways. We have been to Rome many times and this apartment was better than any hotel or apartment we've rented in the past. The location is perfect with easy walking access to many of Rome's landmarks, attractions, and restaurants. The host and property managers were very communicative before, during, and after our stay, and answered any questions we had quickly. We were a party of four adults, but this would truly be a great option for a family of parents with children. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome!

cozy home in the middle of everything

I stayed at the Navona property with my husband two adult sons. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Perfect location--easily walkable to everything. Very clean. Communication was great! Daniele usually replied within 5 minutes, regardless of the time zone I was in. Great experience!

Excellent Location and friendly hosts!

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Transfer to and from the airport, Great location, access to restaurants and tour busses, and walkable to many of the main sites. The best part of the location was there was a coffee shop just below the apartment to jump start our day, and it was fantastic! Cafe Vino was both coffee and wine!! The hosts were very accommodating with quick responses to questions we had and quick to communicate options for us. Our check in and out process was a breeze. Stefano, made us feel very comfortable with the check-in and a warm welcome! We definitely would stay here again and also happy to share the location with family and friends! Thank you for taking good care of us!!

Overall good experience. Our host was late for our check in so we got off to a not so great start. The apartment above was under construction so we woke up to construction noise on 2 of our 3 days. The location was great and the apartment was very nice. I would recommend in future once the construction was done or offered at a lower price.

Home Away from Home

Wonderful stay at this cute apartment! Clean, great location. Super and timely communication with the hosts, who arranged a dependable ride to and from the airport for us. Marco was very helpful at check in and everything went smoothly and easily. There was, as others have mentioned, considerable street noise in the early morning hours outside the front bedroom window so perhaps ear plugs are a good suggestion if that might be an issue for you. We were so tired from our long city walks that it wasn’t really a problem for us. We would highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay there again on future visits to Rome. Grazie!

Great apartment and location

The location of this apartment is perfect for walking to many of the must-sees in Rome: Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, restaurants, markets, and shops; within 30 minutes are the Colosseum and the Vatican. Communication with managers was quick and easy. Apartment has a lot of great light. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh, plenty of towels for our 3-night stay. Provided were a small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of bath soap for each person on reservation. Kitchen equipped with dish washing liquid, dish washer detergent and sponge, cooking pans. Binder of instructions was really helpful (washer, AC, etc).

Great location and nice apt.

Clean and Very nice apt, awesome location- quite street, yet easy to get to everything you want to see. Perfect for 2 couples- one bedroom has attached bathroom, the other has a bathroom across a hall. Both nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Separate air conditioners for each bedroom and the living space. Only issue was that there were no paper products other than toilet paper and no dishwasher soap or tabs, dish clothes or sponges (difficult to do dishes)- some of these basics should be there. Also, one bathroom had soap and shampoo included, the other did not. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Bare bones, last minute substitution

Ok location, in old building with two person maximum in temperamental and rickety elevator. No living room to speak of, one wastebasket in entire apartment, no basics like paper towels or napkins. The smallest bathroom arrangement ever with no place to put anything (we used the bidet). Would be hard to recommend. Apartment was substituted a few days before arrival due to “construction at original location.”
