xcellent location in a spotless, clean hotel.

The hotel is in a great location close to the underground and the colosseum. At the hotel we was met by the manager who told us everything we needed to know during our stay in Rome. The Rooms were spotless and all the facilities looked new. Perfect location and room for a visit to Rome.

The building from the outside looked a little old and dated, and having someone on site when we arrived would have been better. However as soon as we contacted the owners someone was with us to help in any way we needed within minutes. The building inside is lovely and the room was superb, with a huge comfortable double bed and a very modern stylish bathroom.

Wir wussten nicht, dass es sich um das kleinste Hotel, was je erfahren durfte gehandelt hat und ich bin beruflich sehr viel unterwegs. Das Hotel hat 3 Zimmer !!!! einen kleine Zugang und ist in einem älteren Gebäude, die Zimmer sind wirklich in einem sauberen Zustand, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Der Weg zum Frühstück ist bei Regen nicht angenehm, man bekommt ein spärliches Frühstück, nicht einmal eine zweite Tasse Kaffee, da war ich schon ein wenig sauer, dass der Zusatz bezahlt werden musste. Man hatte in diesem Hotel auch nicht die Möglichkeit sich irgendwo gemeinsam hinzusetzen, d. h. irgendwie eine Bar etc. dass konnte man leider nicht herauslesen.

Das LHR Coliseum ist keine 5 Gehminuten vom Coliseum weg, Ebenso 5 Minuten zur Metro und 2 min zum 87er Bus, der viele Sehenswürdigkeiten anfährt. Komfort und Leisung entsprechen der Preisklasse und sind für ein B&B Hotel super. Der Hoteleingang ist leicht zu übersehen, man muss bei der Hausnummer 92 schon die Klingelschilder durchsuchen.

Ideal location for the Colesium

The hotel is in a great spot. The Coliseum is close by and there are plenty of places to eat and drink in the local area. Try to make sure be oi contact the host before you get to the hotel as I believe he runs a number of similar properties in the area and there isn’t always someone manning the desk. When you are checked in, the room is great (European size) and it has an outstanding air conditioner. Also, the signs at the building are a little confusing. The hotel is on the second level of the building after you take the set of stairs directly to the right upon entering

The best place to stay in Napoli

Wow, what an amazing hotel! I didn't want to leave! The staff was so wonderful, the food for breakfast and dinner was amazing, the room was so very clean and modern!!!! You will be very satisfied spending your money here! Oh, great location too. Near the train, bus, and the hotel will get you a cab if you want to venture out further. I'm definitely staying here again when I come back to Napels!

Beautiful bathroom and location

Very modern place, the bathroom was like a spa! Perfect location by the Colosseum, 5 minutes walk from both a line A and B metro station. The only tiny fault we had was that no front desk meant we could only leave our bags there for a couple of hours on the final day. Would definitely go here again!

Lovely and cozy room

We were only visiting for 2 days, didn’t have much time to plan multiple adventures for our trip. Reception Manager was very helpful with suggestions on best placed to visit in the area to fit the two days, and the best local restaurants. All very good choices. Rooms were soooooo lovely. Be aware, it's a B&B which doesn’t actually offer Breakfast. But they do offer a cheap voucher for continental breakfast at small cafe nearby(wasn’t the best but its eatable).
