It’s all about the location. Just steps from the Vatican and conveniently close to the bus stop. The room was clean and basic. The continental breakfast was self serving and you can make your own espresso too. The manager/owner is very accessible by WhatsApp and is very friendly and easy going. He also picked us up at the airport for a fee (cheaper than taxi). I would stay here again.

Nicola was very welcoming and ensured that we were happy throughout our stay. Accommodation was clean and the self service breakfast could be accessed at any time, as well as being provided with fridge storage. Couldn't ask for a better location, just a stroll away from St Peter's Square and an excellent restaurant around the corner serving delicious pizza and pasta. Only negative was that other guests were a little noisy when entering apartment late at night which could be easily heard. But I would definitely stay again if I'm lucky enough to visit Rome again!
