Rome, historic centre, in the heart of the city, 200 meters from Piazza Navona and 3 minutes from Trastevere, very close to Campo di Fiori and Piazza Farnese, Elegant apartment bright and very quiet, 170mq, attic with a pleasant terrace of 25 sm, 4° and 5° floor, overlooking the rooftops, and the Gianicolo hill as the skyline.
The modern furniture and design, mixed with the style of the mansion, make this house unique. The apartment has three bedrooms, all with a private bath or shower. There is every comfort, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. You will find two comfortable sofas, TV, stereo, DVD, dining table, and a fully functional fireplace perfect for a romantic atmosphere in the grand salon. On the terrace overlooking the rooftops of old Rome, you can spend pleasant moments relaxing in the morning for breakfast and evening for a nice dinner and enjoying the pleasant climate in Rome. The central position allows you to reach on foot and in a few minutes both day and night: Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Farnese, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the shopping streets, the Colosseum, and the most important archaeological sites and major museums and significant monuments. When is asked ny family - 2 teenagers and husband - if we all agreed to five stars for this review, they asked if we could give 6 stars. Three separate bedrooms and baths give everyone private space. This is where we will stay when we come back to Rome. Thank you, Cosimo, for being an amazing host.

We had an amazing stay. Everything about our stay was excellent. The flat was clean and roomy for the six of us. We enjoyed having appetizers on the deck. Hearing the church bells was incredible. The location is perfetto! Our host Cosimo was accommodating and attentive. We would highly recommend staying here!

The Magnificent Stay

I have never done a review before - but sometimes something that goes so well needs to be acknowledged! Cosimo (owner) was truly magnificent - helpful, a true gentleman. The place was just great…location great (helped that we were there for the Ryder Cup so added to the experience). Could not recommend the rental more favourably (and no, I am not related to the owner).

The apartment was in a great location. Cosimo was a wonderful host. We had a pastry in the fridge for us on arrival and the apartment was well stocked with water. Our host helped us with transportation from the airport .We would stay there again.

Enjoying Rome

Our stay at the Mia Casa de Campo, was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome. The host Mr Cosimo Meloni, a true gentleman, he helped with our transportation,on arrival and departure. He was caring enough to bring us breakfast in our arrival dates. La Mia Casa was an Oasis during the really hot Rome weather. We surely recommend this place.💕

Apartment, location, amenities are all fantastic but Cosimo really goes above and beyond with the detail he provides to make your stay perfect. You will have everything you need and more. Fantastic and perfect location!

First let me say that Cosmo, the owner, has to be one of the best that we’ve ever experienced as a VRBO renter. He had sandwiches when we arrived after a long day of travel and wine and champagne, this apartment is absolutely wonderful from the modern decor to the top floor patio overlooking central Rome. The location is ideal in Campo di Fiori and allows walking to many of the famous locations in Rome. I would highly recommend this apartment and want to thank Cosmo for being an absolute great host. It was like staying at a friends home.

If I could 10 stars, I would give 5 out of 5 for the apartment and 5 more for Cosimo the owner. I also have three 5 star VRBO rentals but in Florida, so I know what it is like to maintain 5 stars. Cosimo was brilliant. He provided tons of helpful information about Rome and his area; he met us to let us in and brought breakfast; helped book transport for us. He was just brilliant. His apartment is beautiful; we could stay for ages, and my sons want to buy it. Very central and easy to get about; plus tons of restaurants nearby.

Absolutely Perfection

My wife and I stayed at La Mia Casa for 10 days in June, 2023. It was by far the best decision we made for our Italy trip. I can't say enough about the apartment. The perfect location for anyone visiting Rome. Amazing shopping, trattorias/osterias and historical sites all within walking distance. The apartment itself is big (3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms w showers), full of amenities, and a rooftop terrace to die for! And our host Cosimo was fantastic. He is a professional, easy to connect with, and ready to help with anything we needed. He also made sure we had the essentials stocked and ready for our stay. Un apartamento perfetto!

Cosimo's apartment was perfect for us and he is the nicest host! He was very helpful and easy to reach, and was flexible on our checkin-out/check-out times. He brought us delicious treats and was so fun to talk with! The apartment is really big and the A/C worked beautifully for nice cool sleeping. My Italian friends told me that electricity is very expensive there so we only really used it in the bedrooms. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all of my friends who go to Italy. The location was so ideal, walking distance to all of my favorite shops, restaurants and piazzas. THANK YOU COSIMO for making our Rome vacation such a wonderful experience. Honestly it could not have been any better! :) We hope you come visit us in Hawaii! Ciao Aloha for now! :)

Everything everyone else said was true!

We were debating staying in a hotel or apartment. I'm usually a bit nervous about staying in an apt. because you don't know what you are getting, but when I saw the pictures of this apartment and all the 5 star reviews, I knew it would be a great choice (and it was!). For a family of 6, it was so nice to have room and not be packed into small hotel rooms. We had the living room to spread out and relax and three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for much less than we would have paid for 2 small hotel rooms). The beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the roof tops of Rome was the cherry on top. We tried to have a few beautiful breakfasts and dinners up there and it was grest. It was such a romantic apartment (yet modern) and the location could not have been better. Amazing shopping boutiques at your doorstop. In walking distance to all attractions (campo di fiori, vatican, piazza novaonna, trevi fountain, the coliseum...). And the owner, Mr. Cosimo is one of the nicest people I have ever met, going above and beyond in many situations and leaving everything you can ever think of for you in the apartment including, tourist guide booklets (that he put together), a stocked fridge, sun hats, umbrellas, the list goes on and on. Any issue that came up, he dealt with it right away. Also, if you are a kosher traveler, this location couldn't be better to all the kosher restaurants in the Jewish Ghetto. If you are lucky enough to find availability (we got the last open week of summer 2016 even though we booked it in December 2015!), GRAB IT, before someone else does! You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful stay in Rome

The property was perfect! It fit our family perfectly with plenty of space and comfort. Both of our teenage boys loved their rooms and room for some privacy. My wife and I loved the rooftop garden terrace and view.. We could not have asked for a better location as it was perfectly centered to everything and many great restaurants right near by. Cossimo was the most accommodating host as well. This was by far the best vrbo we have experienced yet! Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

The Perfect Rome Apartment

Everything was perfect about this place: the extremely central location, the tasteful decor, the view from the balcony, the lack of noise when sleeping, the cleanliness, the amenities, etc. Moreover, Cosimo was incredibly kind and helpful, and had clearly put a lot of care and attention into every last detail. We highly, highly recommend Cosimo's apartment for a stay in Rome.

Simply Amazing!

We loved this apartment, from the amazing private roof top deck to the kind and helpful owner, Cosimo, we would highly recommend this property. It’s in a great spot to walk and see the sites, and the apartment was pleasantly supplied with some welcome food and drinks on our arrival. Cosimo booked all our private transfers and transportation from minute one, even took care of booking our transfer from our cruise ship 10 days after we left his apartment. As above, simply amazing!

Incredible.

From the initial booking to the help he host provided in arranging our trip to Rome was above and beyond. The villa is in a great location and a wonderful space. Can walk right out to door and get an express/gelato etc. campo di fiori is right around the corner for good fresh veggies. But the host made this trip in organizing drivers and guides. The villa is wonderful sitting on rooftop deck having a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. Cannot say enough how wonderful the host is. The villa is clean well appointed with everything you need. Never any issues at all. Thanks again in helping organize and plan this trip. Highly recommend.

Amazing Penthouse

We couldn't praise Cosimo and his wonderful apartment enough. The attention to detail was eye-opening from a list of vegan/gluten free/vegetarian restaurants, to activities, to transport, to medical information was outstanding. The kitchen was full stocked with drinks, cold drinks, snacks even to the point of supplying a gluten-free pizza for my daughter on arrival! Cosimo went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless. The apartment itself is very spacious and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Rome. We could walk to major attractions including Trevi Fountain. We will definitely staff here when we return to Rome. Highly recommended!!
