This is an excellent location near the Pantheon. We were able to check in early, which was wonderful after a day of travel. The breakfast was delicious and convenient and staff friendly.

The room was pristine and very comfortable. Perfect temperature all the time. Although there's no full time front desk, the staff we saw were very attentive and were responsive when I needed something. Highly recommend this BNB. Feels like a boutique hotel.

Quiet Microhotel just steps from the Pantheon

Hard to find, but in a great location near the Pantheon and a 20 minute walk from the Vatican. Nicely appointed room, but no breakfast offered.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay just by Pantheon. The service is somethings to mention since very good. Also the room was very good size and in great shape. I can very much recommend the place and the high rating is well worth.

Excellent place to stay if you’re looking to be close to everything. Perfect for couples! It’s in walking distance to all major attractions, it’s a clean and beautiful and the rooms are super big. I will recommend and will stay again.

Accomodations were comfortable. AC worked great which was much appreciated given the warm weather. Close to major attractions. Marta and the entire staff were super helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. A little tough to find at first but once we knew where we were navigating was easy.

Residence was is a quiet area. No noise at night. Very clean, comfortable memory foam mattress, a large shower, has a lift. The receptionist was helpful with directions and buses, spoke English. The gentleman that made breakfast was very kind. He gave us a lot of information for the area and Italy. His English was also very good. For 10 euro per person, it was a wonderful breakfast. He made us eggs which is not customary in an Italian breakfast. We had a standard room and was plenty of space for us. I was able to convert some of the tv channels to English via the remote control which was also nice. We highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only advantage of this hotel is the location, which is near the pantheon. However, many hotels in Rome have equally good locations. In every other way, this hotel is sub par. It is not a hotel in the common sense. It is on the 4th floor of a very old building. There are only 6 rooms. Here are the short comings The safe didn’t work. The bathroom smelled terrible. There was raucous loud behavior in the alley just below our window each night until early hours. Their check in time was told to us via email a few days before arrived. We were told check in ended at 4pm. Since we arrived at 6pm, we were given instructions on how to let ourselves in and find out key on the counter of the small entry way. The building locked at 7pm each night so we had to let ourselves in. No lobby. Just a poorly lit hallway to a small elevator. So we felt a bit unsafe. There was one large bottle in a wrack on bathroom wall marked as both shampoo and bath gel. No conditioner. Our a/c was turned off by the person who made our bed so we came back to a very hot room. I’ve honestly never stayed in such a disappointing place. I recommend against this place, especially for single women

Positives - great location with everything in walking distance and friendly helpful staff. Negatives - I took my wife away for 3 nights for her 40th birthday for a once in a lifetime trip for us. It’s no wonder you can’t find pictures of the outside of the building. It’s located down a dingy side street/alleyway and is basically a building site with scaffolding everywhere. Hardly screamed luxury when we arrived and my wife wondered what i had booked us into. I payed extra for an upgraded suite rather than basic. The room was ok but the wallpaper was torn and peeling. The bed was like a crash mat. No springs or foam etc. the wifi was non existent and the noise ! On there official website it says sound proof rooms. I’ve never had such little sleep. Can hear people talking let alone the bin men that come round at 5.30am everyday shortly followed by the loud birds on the roof. Breakfast was ok however the only cooked food was fried eggs, which were pre cooked and left on a plate so they were always cold. There are only 4 tables so if you are not there straight away you have to wait for a table which isn’t good if you have plans for trips or need to leave for the airport like we did. It would have been ok if the price was less and was just a random city break. But for the price I payed and that it was for a special occasion I was left gutted at what I had booked for my wife and the experience we had.
