Very clean, incredibly efficient pre-check in text before arrival in Rome, easy check in at the hotel and spacious room. Very good location for all the main attractions, good restaurants close by, very safe area for tourists. Highly recommend this place, it has character unlike the chain hotels I stay in for business travel!

The room was wonderful. Clean, maintained, and helpful staff. The shower in our room wasn't enclosed completely for privacy but we were able to manage. The location is perfect. It's in a quieter area but in close walking distance to major sites, restaurants, and shopping. We will stay here again if traveling to Rome.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room which is nice. They have a lovely little breakfast with a great coffee machine which makes special coffees. You can help yourself to coffee and tea 24 hrs/day. The staff were very helpful and booked our transportation to and from the airport plus the cruise terminal. Lots of near by restaurants and easy walking distance to lots of sights.

Staff were great What disappointed me was that they never responded to any emails via the Expedia app. I had to literally reach out to them to get a conversation going about how to get the codes. The staff were very polite. We only had breakfast one day, and it was very good. The room size was good for being right in the City Center and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. Our only issue was that we stayed in a room that had been accessed from an enclosed veranda, so it had metal steps growing up through what used to be a window and then back down again into the room. It was doable, but we probably wouldn’t do that again as we were getting older and that was kind of tough hauling our suitcases up and down and having to climb up and out of the room every day. The location was wonderful. Quick walk to the pantheon and into the Trevi fountain. We were close to plenty of restaurants and the Jewish quarter. We would definitely stay here again.
