First time staying here, and it was amazing. Host was amazing and communicative and made breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our stay was amazing and would recommend everything is within walking distance. Vatican city is within a mile.

An absolutely amazing location. Quiet room in a great old building, a few blocks from the Vatican and about a mile from most of Rome’s main attractions. I was very pleased.

An incredible place to stay with incredible attention to detail by the staff. Staff was also very helpful in helping us find out way around Rome and helping us with a return trip to the airport. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Rome.

Couldn’t have asked for more! Great location to everything we wanted to accomplish except the Colosseum which was only a short bus ride away. Number One, Federica took care of us like we were her family. Great B&B and great experience!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The AC worked great too. Breakfast was juice, croissants, toasts, meats and cheese. We had cappuccino with our breakfast each morning. Fredrika was helpful checking us in and let us leave our bags.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights during our Italy tour. Place was very clean and in a very nice area with multiple restaurant options within walking distance. It is close to everything. The host was great. Provided information on how to move around Italy and delivered a nice breakfast to our room daily. Would recommend.

amazing experience on the beautiful via cola di rienzo, the perfect middle ground and basecamp for those visiting rome for the first time. walkable to all attractions, but no attractions so near so that tourists arent so common in this neighborhood Prati. Great local cuisine and amazing shopping all in this neighborhood. The room was great, simple clean, hot water was good, access to kitchen to rinse or store something in the fridge, really couldnt be a better place to stay in rome for the price and comfort

Frederica was very helpful and ensured we had all we needed during our stay. The room is quite noisy and it made it hard to sleep—the street side room probably was worse than an interior one. You could also hear a lot of noise from the common area outside the room, including a 2:00 am interruption by someone moving in and apparently having trouble getting into their room. The bed is very soft, not good for those who prefer a firm mattress. Lots of good food options very close and plenty of high-end clothing stores if that is what you’re looking for!

Overall the stay was fine. The shower is very small. It can get quite noisy as the rooms are in a shared hallway. There was a baby crying a lot of the stay. No one met us to enter, and the unlock process is somewhat challenging as there are 3 different doors/gates you have to access with no physical key. It was also a bit warm, and we could not control the AC as much as we preferred. Breakfast was great. It is delivered to the room and you send your order in at night. Once we got over the unexpected flaws, it ended up being a pretty good stay!

Federica the hostess is lovely, very kind and helpful! The breakfast service is very nice, on time with lots of options to choose from, the room was clean and spacious enough. (The only note we'd like to add is that the room is located right above a busy street and has thin walls, so even with the windows closed, it was quite noisy even at night.) When we had trouble with the door locks, the other host immedately answered when we asked for help. The location is right in the middle of a nice shopping area and lots of restaurants, and also closeby the Vatican, a metro station, and the Tiber to cross to further into the city center of Rome. Unfortunately Federica couldn't be there one day of our stay, leaving the breakfast service and cleaning to another lady. This lady wasn't very kind: -When we saw she had forgotten an element of our breakfast and asked her kindly about it, she rudely barged into our room to (without speaking a word) apart the entire breakfast tray (as if she thought we were lying?) before handing us the food when she saw it was missing. - She took bags from a table (that were definately not put aside to be thrown away) and put them in a drawer, presumably to clean said table, making us wonder if they had been thrown away and if she touched our property as well. - Did not provide clean towels, instead put the ones we had used back on the radiator, leaving us to use the same towels for three days in a row (which of couse became damp and smelly as a result).

Rome stay

Our stay was great. The room was nice size, the morning breakfast was good, location about 5 blocks to Vatican was very convenient. Key entry is a little different, but worked. Overall I would recommend this property highly.

Everything was fine in general, but the breakfast didn’t have any fruits, or any eggs, and the shower was small, you can barely bend down to touch your legs. Federica the hostess was very nice and attentive with our requests.
