Immaculate lovely room with wonderful staff

We had a great stay there. The room was so nice, it was comfortable, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The manager who showed us to the room was incredibly lovely and informative and we were very grateful for his time and the wonderful stay.

En anglais, des réponses très utiles à toutes nos questions, de manière très agréable. Petit déjeuner : 1 croissant sous vide, 1 portion confiture, 2 biscottes, 1 dosette café soluble, 1 brique de jus de fruit/pers., et 1 petite brique de lait pour 4. Sur le palier, une bouilloire, sucre, thé, infusion. Dommage que malgré que ce soit très succinct, il manque chaque jour de ces éléments, ou que le thé ne soit pas réapprovisionné. Distributeur de papier essuie-mains de la salle de bains commune désespérément vide : penser à emmener sa serviette de bains pour s'essuyer les mains en sortant des WC Papier toilette pour faire office de serviette de table et d'éponge au petit déjeuner.

No es lo que parece.

Al llegar a la "recepción", que no deja de ser un bloque de pisos, nos enteramos que la habitación estaba en otro lugar una manzana más allá. La habitación estaba sin hacer, no hay champú, gel, ni nada parecido. No se puede salir al balcón ni abrir ningún tipo de ventana puesto que van con llave. La televisión no funcionaba (de 22 pulgadas nada, como mucho 16),no tenía ni cable de antena. No te cambian las toallas ni las sábanas de un día para otro. El desayuno es bastante escaso y mediocre, si es que a eso se le puede llamar desayuno... Las paredes son de papel y se escucha todo tipo de ruidos. Lo único bueno, el colchón, que parecía de calidad. En relación calidad-precio, bastante pobre, hay cientos de hoteles mucho más baratos y de más calidad que éste.

+ Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, la posizione della struttura è molto comoda per prendere metro e/o bus. - È stata prenotata una camera con bagno privato ed appena siamo arrivati siamo stati condotti in un'altra struttura rispetto a quella presentata nel sito in quanto quella del sito dispone solo di bagni in comune. Per la pulizia confermo quanto letto in altre recensioni: scarsa pulizia della camera, le lenzuola non erano pulite e presentavano capelli di donna all'interno, lenzuola strappate, sotto al letto un dito di polvere, wc non pulito. La camera disponeva di porta finestra con persiana non apribile per cui all'interno della camera possibilità solo di luce artificiale. La tv piatta fissata a muro ad un'altezza che non consente una visione adeguata dal letto. La ricezione dei canali tv è pessima si vedono si e no 3 canali. La colazione è all'interno della camera con un succo di frutta, una briosche e marmellata confezionate. Possibilità di pagare solo in contanti non ammesse altre forme di pagamento.

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel

Unser Urlaub Betrug genau eine Woche in Rom. Im großen und Ganzen sollte das auch für eine große Besichtigung der bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten ausreichen! Bevor man überhaupt nach Rom fahren möchte, sollte man sich überlegen zu welcher Zeit man das tun sollte, denn zu den Sommerzeiten sind sehr viele Touristen in Rom unterwegs. Jedoch ist das meiner Meinung nach die beste Zeit in der man Rom besichtigen sollte, da man neben Sehenswürdigkeiten auch sehr günstig ans nahe gelegene Meer fahren kann! Rom ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Gruß Filip

Very nice place

It was very nice to stay 3 nights at BB Eleven. Colosseum and everything with it is only about 10 minutes to go from BB. Roma's main station Roma Termini was only 15 minutes to go. Breakfast was minimalized to some toasts, croissants, teas, coffees and something little to eat. Room was nice, clean and tidy. A little bit small but fine for us, 3 girls. We spent time mostly outside so we came to BB just to sleep and.. sleep. We had shared bathroom and there was no problems with that. We heard some traffic noise with our closed windows but it wasn't too disturbing. All in all, nice place to stay if you don't expect much.

Never stay here!!

Do not stay here. Spend the extra euro and find a place with a/c and an actual breakfast. The information about this B&B is false. They have more than one building. The address listed is the main building and it has no a/c. The bathroom is a shared bathroom between four rooms. They only replace your towels every three days with no exceptions. The breakfast is a pre-packaged crossaint with a small packet of jelly. There are packets of instant coffee and a water jug in the hallway. My wife and I stayed for three days. On the third day we were told we had to move to another building. We packed our stuff up and walked a block and a half to the second building. When we walked into the room it was filthy. The bed was a mess, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the towels were still wet and used. We asked the guy and he said the maids don't come until after noon. Yet he moved us at 9 in the morning. The only thing that made it worth the move was the a/c unit in the room that they charge you five euro to use per day. It was 90 plus degrees and miserable with no a/c. They also don't have heat for the winter. The guy is not very helpful and isn't there most if the time. If you check in after 8pm he will charge you 20 euro. He claims the credit card machine is down also and only accepts cash. If you are there to your rome and want a cheap place to stay find another hotel. This should be removed from hotels.com.

Piccolo B&B vicino al Colosseo

Ho soggiornato 3 notti nel B&B Eleven Rome con due amiche. La struttura era piccola ma gradevole, il personale simpatico e disponibile anche se poco presente. La camera era piuttosto grande, comoda e abbastanza pulita. Piccolo neo: il bagno in comune; anche se c'erano due bagni e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi per sovrapposizione di orari con altri ospiti, erano poco puliti (spesso anche a causa della poca pulizia di altri clienti dell'hotel e non del personale vero e proprio). Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione: il personale ci ha avvertito subito che per motivi d'igiene ci sarebbero stati soltanto prodotti preconfezionati, ma sarebbe molto meglio se ci fosse una macchinetta del caffè anziché prodotti solubili e magari un mini-frigo che permetta di avere un po' più di scelta. Comunque non male per il prezzo pagato e ottima la posizione: vicinissimo al Colosseo e comodo a vari mezzi (autobus, metro) e alla stazione Termini.

La chambre familiale pour 4. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas en pleine période de canicule, nous avons été obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte mais pas d air et rue très bruyante le soir tard et tôt le matin. Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Douche et toilettes pas très propres. Petit déjeuner déplorable. 20 € supplémentaires si on arrive après 20h. Bien situé à 10mn à pied de la gare et du colisée.

Not even close to a B&B/Hotel/hostel.

This B&B should be removed from Hotels.com and cannot be recommended. It is far away from being a B&B or a hotel even a hostel. It has no service and the room is very dusty. There is no Bag service and they charge extra 20euros for late checking for a bad service. From my opinion, it is just a room that you rent from someone and the breakfast is terrible, you will get only a small croissant worth of 0.50cents and a small coffee pack which is 0.50cents nothing else and its shared bathrooms which is also disgusting. I think spending few euros more, you can find somewhere decent and clean. There is no air conditioning and the door is hard to open as the key provided is not cut properly. Overall out of 5 i can rate it 0.5 just because of the location.

Good place with a few downsides

Overall a nice, affordable place. Breakfast is pretty scarce. Via Merulana is very noisy even during the night, so if preference is to sleep with windows open, it gets rather uncomfortable.

Bonne situation mais...

Appartement plutot bien situé, proche de la gare de Rome et du colysée. Les hotes sont sympas et disponibles. La chambre est propre mais le service laisse à désirer : dès le 2è jour notre petit déjeuner était incomplet, le 3è jour aucun service effectué (lit pas fait, ce qui n'est pas grave vu la chaleur du moment mais surtout aucun petit déjeuner préparé pour le lendemain matin). L'un des 2 hôtes s'est néanmoins déplacé après que nous l'ayons contacté pour rectifier tout ça vers 23h. Sauf que le petit déjeuner du surlendemain était également incomplet... Autre souci, l'hygiène des sanitaires : odeur d'urine dans la salle de bain (WC et douche sont dans la même pièce), poils dans la douche... Enfin, la rue est très bruyante, il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et aucun ventilateur n'est mis à disposition. Je ne conseille pas de prendre ce B&B en plein été, c'était déjà étouffant début juin. Pour résumer, idéal quand vous chercher juste un endroit pour dormir et pas trop mal situé. Sinon, s'abstenir!
