AMAZING hotel, staff, and stay. Emanuele checked me into the hotel. He was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed in 6 different hotels on this vacation. Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have! Most perfect hotel!

Lovely Hotel, my room was clean and had everything I needed, The on site restaurant was amazing the food was top class and prices reasonable. My only critique is its far away from Rome (City) they do put on a shuttle bus in the morning and pick up to a local Metro but was limited to certain times. Overall a great Hotel.

This hotel was great. It is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood with access to multiple buses. Bonus, it’s located 30mins from all the activities. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. The garden is beautiful. You can actually see parrots flying by now and again, (they are wild animals in Italy). The food provided in the dinning area was great. I never had an issue, not one night. I ate breakfast there 3 times and dinner once. It was good. One of my highlights was when I told the concierge that it was my birthday so, I’m going out to dinner. When I got back in that night, there was a bowl of fruits and a card waiting for me in my room. That was so sweet. I would absolutely recommend Massimi to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed one night at this property. The room was spacious and perfectly adequate for four people. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was away from where we were intending to visit (Cassie) but with a car we managed to get around just fine. I would recommend.

If you’re used to AC, please beware that there’s a limit of AC power through the hot scorching days of Rome. We had to get a separate fan to accommodate the temperature of the rooms. We’ve had multiple rooms and all were very warm throughout the day and night. Customer service was okay until it was checkout time. There are multiple receptionists through the day therefore sometimes what maybe said to one may differ from another. We spoke with the night receptionist about late checkout the following day and was told that we can leave at 12pm. Thought that was enough until at 11:01am of the checkout day, when the cleaning aide came and said “Only one room allowed, you get out now please”. Let that simmer and you be the judge.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück war gut gewesen und absolut in Ordnung. Zum einkaufen muss mann ein paar gehminuten einplanen, aber das ist nicht gravierend. Ansonsten liegt das hotel ruhig und ich freue mich darauf dort nächstes Jahr wieder zu Übernachten, aber dieses mal in einen Doppelzimmer, da mir im einzelzimmer der Balkon gefehlt hat.
