When I booked this apartment, I was only looking at 2 bathroom options. The listing indicated 2 bathrooms. When we arrived, there was only 1 bathroom. I pulled the listing up and showed the representative who checked us in that the listing stated 2 bathrooms. He said that was a mistake. I asked if they had any other options with 2 bathrooms, which they did not. I asked if we could cancel the reservation and find another option ourselves. The rep gave me the email address of info@finveroomsrome.com to reach out to. I sent an email asking if they could help with a solution. They never replied. Needless to say, we stayed because we had no other option. I am very disappointed that the property manager never reached out to try to work this out. BUT, they did change the listing within 5 minutes of finding out it was incorrect, so I hope nobody else has this same issue.
