This is the 6th time we’ve stayed at NH Villa Carpegna over the past year or so. Great location, great service and walking distance 20 min or so to the Vatican. Amazing neighborhood with so many local restaurants walking distance. Also good value.

We stayed here one night to catch our flight out. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and welcome kept. The only issue we had was with the ac. Room was hot and humid. Also the location is way out from the city center and not much around.

Loved the hotel itself and the staff was wonderful and amazing. However, It wasn’t as close to attractions as expected. Had to take a cab (expensive) or a bus and transfer to another bus. My phone was stolen by a cab driver so be careful with your personal possessions.

This property was the only near vatican choice i could find and it was a pleasant surprise. Outside looks old but the interior is pretty good I have stayed in the Nh via grachi which is a walkable distance to the vatican but the villa carpegna is not walkable so you would need to use taxi uber or public transportation Staff is friendly as rome friendly can be, no complains Is a fair price value for what you get ans the breakfast has several goos tasty choices :)

The hotel is a bit dated but not bad. Breakfast was very nice with good selections and fresh food. The location is a bit inconvenient. We didn’t use public transportation so it is 2-3 miles to walk into the Center of the City. The front staff are very nice and helpful in getting hotels and answer questions. It is worth mentioning a great neighborhood restaurant, Risky Point Pub! We really enjoyed our dinner there.
