No hotel, no answer telephone, no answer e mail, we can’t stay here. no body there are not! We dont found firstly. we went to old building. This hotel writing mini pepper. Called in the morning to confirm my arrival no answer, arrived in the afternoon for check-in found out the place was shut down had to arrange a different hotel out of my pocket. Expedia shouldn’t do business with scammers!! Terrible!!!! Waiting for a full refund

Very bad experience and service

there were no 2 bathrooms which mentioned in the property description. Bathroom light was not working. I had to stay 1 hour outside the property as agent was late and was not picking the phone at all. There was another person with room 52 from spain also had same complain. I also had bad experience when one of the doors got locked while checkout at 6 AM and there was no one to help. I tried to call on given number but nobody answered. I will never go to such hotel again. Very bad experience.

Gostei da localização . Proxina a estação de trem roma termini, o que facilita nuito o deslocamento. Eu tinha um voo as 6 da manhã e tive que pegar um onibus para o aeroporo as 2:30 . Fui andando sem precisar de pegar outro meio de transporte. Agora o checkin foi confuso. Voce tem que ligar porque nao fica ninguem la.
