We had an excellent stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. We had the best sleep we’ve had in awhile! The breakfast/snack/coffee room is always full with things you can grab if you’re thirsty or hungry! We would come back anytime!

Really good for a solo traveller who doesn't need a lot. You're in Rome, a bed to sleep and a quiet room. Excellent spot with the Metro at your front door, and little of the outside noise getting in. Great polite staff.

Lovely stay, the place was super clean, and aesthetically pleasing in the rooms. I loved the windows opening out into the streets. I will note that the surrounding neighborhood is super touristy and it gets a bit rowdy and chaotic at night, definitely bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would recommend for a short stay for solo or a couple traveling.

My stay was great! Location of this accommodation was super, couldn't have asked for better. It's clean and tidy and they have great customer service. Our room had thin walls, we could hear a baby crying in another room and people talking in the hallway. We were able to hear construction as well in the building in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be your best available option.

Great landing spot for traveling around Rome. The room was small but very clean, with strong AC, and the staff was always helpful and responsive. I also appreciated the little kitchenette that was available for use in the common area. You definitely get a bit of noise/light pollution from the street, but I thought it was worth it for the convenience (the hotel is right next to a subway station and a bus stop).

Fantastic location. Amazing, memorable view of Riomaggiore marina. Easy instructions on how to get there. If air conditioning is important to you, there was no air conditioning. Had problem with internet when I was in the apartment. No devices would connect despite being told the modem was working. Also, ensure you get a carta turista from the property which helps save on some aspects of Cinque Terre, namely access to Via dell'Amore. Overall, great location, great service, great amenities. I'd stay here again (a/c wasn't important to me), but do need internet to work when working remote.

You should be able to find something better

I wouldn’t recommend this unless it’s the absolute cheapest and you’re on a budget. Booked a single room and the place just feels off. It’s like a remodeled apartment turned into a “hotel” and it just feels tight and small and crammed. It has a good location, you can sleep well and make it fully dark and it has an air condition. So if you’re only using the room for sleep one night it’s ok. But I really didn’t want to spend time there apart from that

Finding the entrance is a bit tricky and the check in was a little difficult partly due to the language barrier and complete lack of signage but I was also a little weary from travelling and leery of the entrance and "reception area" but once I settled in to Room 4 (which I would ask for) it was a great base for our stay in Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Walking distance from Termini Station and you can walk to Piazza Spagna, Forum, Coliseum and Fontana Trevi, there is also a Metro station (Cavour) right outside the front door. The Monti area where Nerva is located is a lively and hip part of Rome and the alley when you turn right after coming out of the accommodations is full of boutiques and restaurants that are far enough from the tourist locations to provide an authentic taste of Rome. Prices in Rome can be outrageous and the value for money here seemed to be very good. You could you spend much more and have a more luxurious stay which I have done previously but I came to experience Rome not to sit in my hotel room.

Very effective HVAC device in the room that was amazing. The location is incredible and the staff was friendly. The room was a disaster. The bathroom sink is not vented properly and horrible smells filled the room. The shower is like 3x3 feet with no curtain so the bathroom gets soaked. There is mold and water damage throughout the bathroom, especially behind where you are supposed to hang your towels as so much humidity is trapped there. The room is RIGHT next to a set of stairs going down to the subway so it is extremely noisy and the subway itself shakes the building until it stops running at 2 or 2:30 in the morning. It may be worth it for the amazing location, but I'm too old for a place like this <3
