The unit was appointed very nicely, we had a problem with the chairs at the table squeaking on the floor. The Neighbor’s chairs were scraping across the floor into the night. Put cushions on the bottom of the chairs.

Very nice area, the 2 main problems, first the air-conditioned is not good enough in rooms, and we couldn't adjust the temperature, the second peoblem there are no ramp to use it while we're carring the big bags! Actually, we have to carry our bags by our hands for a few steps! To be honest this is the first hotel have this issue i have ever seen.

Everything we needed for a family stay. Apartment was super clean and was very well maintained. Walking distance from the train station (10-15 mins) and around 20-25 mins walk to the main restaurant district of Trastevere. We even walked to the Vatican and Rome centre in about 45 mins but busses are plentiful. Fabulous street market outside the apartment on Sundays. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed four nights.Very clean and modern apartment. A/C works well.The area is safe with a very good transport to everything. The wifi doesn't work at all, but for as that wasn't a problem. And Yes , I recommend Numa.

this property is 50 mins walk from the centre if you're looking for staying in centre don't book this. overall the property wasn't in a bad shape but the washroom had a broken shower, leaking flush, the coffee machine was also leaking. over all not bad but they need fix these things in numa verso. the booking confirmation also comes right through but nobody responds with checkin details. you have to connect multiple times via hotels .com to get the help and instructions for check in

Very nice apartment!

Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa.

Terrible stay. Wasn’t informed about the self check in and left stuck outside at night spending 20 mins checking in myself. Then Wi-Fi was off for entire trip with elevator out of service the first night and had to carry family’s luggage up two flights of stairs. Add to this there’s nobody on site tp talk to or to address any issues. Absolute nightmare. Avoid if you want peace of mind.

Look no further. I spent hours looking for a place to stay. This is a great property! It is a full apartment with a kitchen and washer and dryer. It is very modern and spacious. The apartment was very clean and the shutters that roll down on both windows helps with sleep. The neighborhood is great! There are many food options close. Check-in was a breeze. I will stay here in the future.

This place was excellent—perfectly suited for two adults and two teenagers. The amenities were great, and the location was ideal, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were very responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and laundry, making it very comfortable for a family of four. The only downside was the city tax, which is standard in Europe, but it wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Instead, we were informed at check-in and asked to pay €95, presented as a “small fee.” Overall, a fantastic stay with just that one minor surprise.

The rooms are spacious and well stocked. I loved the ability to do my own laundry. Bedding was comfortable and the locale was free of nighttime sound disturbances. Bathroom was also well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/ body wash and lotion. I will very likely return to this establishment.
