Air conditioner not working had to change room. New room no working air conditioner told weekend staff no help. Asked for help from another staff and couldn’t fix it had to change rooms again. Area was decent, would not recommend this hotel

The structure the bedroom is terrible (the toilet, the shower and the lavatory are separete), didn't have tv (cable not working), internal phone doesn't have line (I needed down for any request), no space for to move

It is situated in a great position for convenience and bus routes outside the hotel on both side the road and 2min walk from the Vatican and many restaurants are it too and the staff are friendly I live the decor (indian chief motorbike) in courtyard and the old fashioned American cash register and Vespa moped on the wall in the Zen room It’s creates a soft relaxing atmosphere and would recommend

Bad room conditions, but nice service and clean.

We were met by a nice guy at the reception. We came a bit early to check in, but the guy let us store our luggage. Our room was dark and not so cozy. We upgraded to suite for 100€. The room was bigger, but not cozy. Not worth 100€. We got clean towels every day and the room service made the room tidy every day. The receptionists were nice and helpfull.

The room was safe and fairly clean. There has been an attempt to fix up the building with some reno's Lots of food choices within walking distance. The orange sign helps find the hotel. Over all it was a good stay, Throughout or trip in Italy we have seen a lot of rooms and this wasn't the worst we have seen.

Hotel needs renovation, one must leave the facility to get coffee and food. Elevator appears unstable. However the staff was friendly and accommodating; not as advertised. I would not recommend this Hotel.

Terrible hotel. Bathroom was not clean, a lot of grown in dirt around the bathtub. Under the bed had not been vacuumed in months. Staff was rude and made us wait for 15 minutes while on the phone. This cannot be a 4 star hotel. Shower water temperature went up and down and the pressure was super low.

The pictures on the website are not up to date. There is no roof top bar and the rooftop spa/hot tub did it have any water and was dirty. Our door had to be splayed to close and after a day out we returned to find the door open where staff did not close for behind them after cleaning. One of our rooms the tv did not work. No cups in room for bathroom and no coffee. When asked we were told they stopped coffee in 2920 with Covid. We had to go outside hotel to get food or drinks. Would not recommend to stay in. Do not let the pictures fool you.

Dreadful, and they ignore any complaints

So I thought I was booking a 4* hotel and I’ll give it as honestly as I can. This isn’t a 4* hotel. The rooms are big with a fair sized bathroom but there are so many things that are wrong with this hotel. • The AC wasn’t working so has to have a window open which meant it was noisy. • The TV didn’t work - it’s usually in Italian anyway so this wasn’t a real issue but should still work • There was no real duvet in the room, just a thin blanket and sheet so if you get cold easily, then good luck • The shower was full of limescale and mould that after you used it, it would drip for ages making a loud noise onto the shower floor so you had to have both doors closed not to hear it BUT the thing that tipped it for me, was I woke up and after about an hour of being awake, I was really itchy and it’s because the bed had bedbugs. I went to a pharmacy who said it was bedbugs and when I tried to contact this hotel about these issues, they didn’t want to know. I have sent multiple emails to them which have all been ignored and I certainly wouldn’t be going again. It’s so disappointing as the location is perfect and even SOME of the staff) were lovely, it’s just if you read other reviews as well, the con’s definitely outweigh the positives here.

This hotel was AWFUL nothing on the Expedia website was true. It was dirty there was NO restaurant, bar, blanket, soap, tissues, HOT WATER, the refrigerator was broken and no ice available. We spent 3 hrs of our day getting the shower, sink and refrigerator fixed. The pictures on the sight were all fake or out dated. The staff was nice but we could tell they were embarrassed, having to make excuses for everything. Shopping nearby was convenient because we had to go buy everything we needed. The only thing that worked was the WiFi…DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I know what you’re thinking, I’m mad because it wasn’t clean. But trust me this is a bad place period. Staff are useless and probably under payed, property simply needs a redo. Everything about this hotel or total crap. I’ve never been in such a dirty bad smelling bad functioning hotel. Take away the stars call it a hostel. At least then we can understand. Save the money, add a bit more stay somewhere else. Trust me you will regret being here.
