We had a problem with the booking (not sure of reason) so cannot comment on the hotel itself but the team at the hotel were excellent and sorted out an apartment to stay at and ferried us back to the hotel for breakfast and to the airport. Great service from the team. Excellent location to stay at - beach and local restaurants but also staying here meant we could get a LOCAL taxi when we arrived at Rome airport at midnight and avoid a huge queue for Rome taxis - be warned if you are arriving at Rome airport at night and need a taxi into Rome - it was chaos.

This property is located about 15 minutes away from the airport, by Uber/taxi, in a local neighborhood. It’s a very clean boutique hotel close to several restaurants and bakeries. The bakery next door is excellent!!! Highly recommend going there over eating the breakfast at the hotel. We only stayed for one night and had fun exploring the area for the day. If you walk about 15 minutes towards the water, there is a street market with many vendors selling trinkets and food. There are also lots of seafood restaurants and an excellent geletaria along the boardwalk. We would definitely stay again when we return to Italy.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle took us at 3:00 am to airport which was great. Plenty of restaurants near by. Good place to stay if you are needing to be at the airport.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. We were pleasantly surprized there was a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distant of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.

We really liked this small boutique hotel just minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly, the room was big and we had a great terrace to enjoy. The staff recommended a great resteraunt down at the marina. Breakfast the next morning was very nice, and a friendly lady made me a wonderful cappuccino. I would definitely go back again!
