The Receptionist named Janine was exceptional in terms of helpfulness and warmth. Big asset to this place. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful. Rooms are small but immaculate.

Hotel Luce was in a convenient Location. Older style rooms with basic amenities. There are restaurants everywhere on this street so noise was a concern. Beds were Ok. Overall for the money, was Ok

There is always a sunny side of any stay.

Whilst the booking process was horrid, I had three rooms cancelled on me with no contact and at the last minute had to find new accommodation for 5 members of my group booking, the experience there was much more than I expected. The Front office staff, the ladies cleaning the rooms and the handy man were so very helpful it made up for the inconvenience of having a split group.

It is very close to the termini train station. There are restaurants nearby. The double bed it two twins pushed together, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower was a bit strange, no shower curtain and the tub was really high up.

Great safe and value hotel

This is a "Travelers Hotel" So it's perfect if you want an inexpensive, clean, low frills, safe, low key, room. It's about 200 meters from Rome Termini. So it's super convenient. Theres a Grocery store- in Termini, and just about anything you want. So this location is good for those seeking that type of travel. Breakfast is solid here. ( better than some I've seen ). But don't book this hotel looking for luxury-- and and top tier service--- that's not what it is..... It's a nice, clean, safe, low cost alternative to higher price hotels. That's what it is. Rooms are smaller-- but they are in many big city hotels.

This hotel gives you exactly what you pay for; convenient location with a reasonable price for the area. We stayed on the fourth floor. Fairly warm in the room with a slow, but functioning air conditioner. The room is small, as the hotel photos depict. Our sheets were clean and towels replaced daily. Washroom was small, but clean. Staff was friendly, from our limited interaction with them. Breakfast is simple and convenient. Wifi functioned well enough in our room to be able to utilize video chat. Don’t expect perfection, but also do not expect to spend a fortune.

Hotel fica muito próximo da estação central Roma Termini, ideal para quem vai para outras cidades ou mesmo locomoção de tri de Roma pelo metrô. O quarto era um pouco velho mas muito limpo, nada a reclamar. aos funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos, solicitos, chegamos muito cedo no hotel, não dava para fazer check-in, porém conseguimos deixar a bagagem. No geral hotel muito bom, fica muito bem perto de restaurantes e cafés.

Hôtel note 4 étoiles donc avec un minimum d’attentes à la clé. Il fait une chaleur infernale dans les chambres en novembre et la Clim ne fonctionne pas. L’une des plainte de la porte m’est tombée dessus. Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas bon le pain est sec presque rassis. C’est honteux pour un établissement comme celui ci. Je suis resté 2 jours et me suis plain le 2ème ce à quoi on m’a dit que c’était ma faute il fallait que je me plaigne plus tôt… A fuir.
