When I book a hotel with Expedia I expect it to be a hotel not an apartment. If I need an apartment I’ll go to AirB&B site. This is on Expedia and not the owner. A room on 6th floor with broken elevator is not what I reserved.

Vecchio appartamento ristrutturato al sesto piano di un vecchio palazzo. Bene solo se sei in auto e non hai troppe pretese. L'Host non si è fatto nemmeno vedere: check-in su WhatsApp e istruzioni su come accedere alla stanza in PDF sempre via messaggio. Appena sufficiente.

Reserve con el desayuno y no me lo quisieron dar, además no había internet y para colmo, el de recepción no quería abrir la puerta, le estuve tocando casi 1 hora, el elevador no sirve precisamente en el piso 6, porquería de servicio

Opravdu rychlá komunikace s majitelem, který nám pokaždé vyhověl a dělal maximum aby bylo vše v pořádku. Jediné minus byly snídaně, kde nám zapomněli zanechat kupony na pokoji a tak první den, jsme si snídani platili sami ale byla následně proplacena. Snídaně jsou Tedy mimo budovu kde dostanete kávu nebo čaj a následně kus sladkeho pečiva. Jako poslední bych chtěla vytknout zápach na chodbě, který byl způsobeny recepcnim, který měl ve svém příbytku větrání do chodby.

Clean and compact

As a couple travelling, this accommodation suited us.25 min stroll to Auditorium della parco.The same to Lepanto subway stop.Nice restaurant next door who gave a friendly service.All information was left in room for getting around.Room was clean and tidy,with basics provided. A comfortable room to come back too after a day's sightseeing and get a nights sleep.We would have no hesitation in recommending or booking again.

Excellent stay

Nice modern clean rooms. Only issue was fridge was small and didn't work that well. Minor issue. We stayed there to book our next destination so location was not an issue as we had already seen the sights of Rome. If I were sightseeing I think it's a bit far away to walk everyday. Staying in downtown. Rome though you give up comfort for location.

5 stars! Very Happy

I am very impressed with the hotel. The arrangement is a bit unusual and they need to clarify how to identify the location from outside, it is within a building called the Hotel Edmondo. The hotel is a straight ~20 min walk up from the Vatican with several city bus lines nearby. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. I have to mention, I had a major problem with the Wi-Fi on my floor (6) the first night, but the manager took care of it promptly and conscientiously the next day after discovering the severity of the problem. Their IT guy replaced their modem/router very quickly. It was their responsiveness to correct the problem that really impressed me, versus the attitudes of many I found in Rome concerning broken ticket vending machines at the subway, failure to give correct change at cash registers because they think foreigners don't know how to count Euros, everything was just 'oh well, too bad'.. I totally recommend this little gem to anybody looking for a nice place to stay near the center of Rome!
