We had a great stay at this hotel! It was convenient taking the train station from the airport and you’re right there at the front steps of the hotel. They were accommodating and really nice! The hotel was so clean and smelled so good.

The best hotel residence

The hotel/residence is new , clean, with a litle elevator, 1 floor , very good breakfast ans 30 meters from Piazza di Spagna escalator. In front of the Piazza. The staff very friendly too. Will be back!

This hotel is in a safe convenient area, short walk to metro, shopping and restaurants. The staff were excellent in customer service. They even gave us common Greek phrases to learn. Breakfast was very nice. The water pressure was strong and the rooms were cooled with a/c. They were a little small but everything we needed. We loved our stay!

We were in Rome for only 3 nights and wanted easy access to some of the more popular places. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. So close and comfortable yet so quiet. We enjoyed having our windows open and when we went out we were amazed at the crowds. Suite had a separate living space so I could watch tv while my spouse rested.

This was the most amazing hotel we ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and clean. Perfect amount of space for a couple. The espresso machine in the room was wonderful. Free breakfast in the morning was brought to our room and tasted great. It was in a perfect location. And the value we received felt immense. It is located directly next to the Piazza di Spagna. I would highly recommend staying here. Next time in Rome, we will be staying here and no where else.

Beautiful hotel just outside of the Spanish steps! An amazing location within walking distance of all of Rome's popular sites. Hotel was clean and beautiful and the staff was amazing. From our late check in due to our flight time and the amazing communication with staff we can't wait to come back.

Very nice hotel

Hi , the location is wonderful, is is a small very nice hotel but there are two things to mention, one is the were insects such as ants and the doors to the corridor are not isolating the noise so you have the feeling a luck of privacy,, Having said that we liked the hotel very much

This property is not a hotel it’s a private condo with 0 signage and very hard to find. I walked for 30 minutes and asked three people. It was a box smaller than cruise ship room. No info on how to work heat or air or anything. No view. Nothing in mini bar. Rude staff with 0 English. Too many keys and fobs and 0 info. Breakfast ok. Very noisy with tenants eating in hall and clanking doors. I totally hated this place
