The place is very close to Termini which is the train station which connects you from Fiumicino Airport directly to Termini. The Inside of Termini there is a shopping mall/ food mall, supermarket, pharmacy. Also many restaurants near by

The only thing about this place is the location. The washroom was broken, rooms had a very bad smell, the rooms we booked were not there, insted if 2 rooms we opted to get only 1 and all stay together wanted to talk about the canceling reservations there was no one at the reception. Called them no one picked the call. Now i have paid for 2 rooms when i only used 1. I can go on and on about what went wrong with this place. I

Não sou muito exigente, mas a qualidade realmente deste estabelecimento deixa a desejar. Foram solícitos quanto ao horário do check-in mas muito pouco claros nas informações apesar de responderem sempre. Mas logo na estrada tinha muito lixo armazenado, aparentemente de todo o prédio. Mofo e cheiro forte no quarto. Se quer comodidade é bem em frente à Termini. Mas as condições são bem ruins.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ανετο,η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική (στάση μετρό κ λεωφορεία, σούπερ μάρκετ)ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Επειδή από κάτω έχει δρόμο έχει αρκετή βαβούρα αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές αξίζει να μείνεις.

O atendimento foi a melhor parte, se proeoucou do início ao fim, o hotel parece um albergue, o quarto apertado com uma vista horrível, aparentemente o prédio é composto por apartamentos onde tem residentes e quartos para locação, meu quarto era de frente a um apartamento onde os moradores eram bem barulhentos, o elevador só cabe 2 pessoas ou uma pessoa com malas, o café da manhã é ridículo eles te dão um voucher para comer em um restaurante próximo e o voucher só te dar direito a um café expresso bem pequeno, literalmente 2 goles ou 1 Capuccino pequeno, e para comer somente croissant doce ou roquinha doce, somente isso! Eu não recomendo essa acomodação.

Le foto delle camere non rispecchiano minimamente quello che si trova all’interno… camera molto grande ma la pulizia lasciava a desiderare.. buia anche di giorno… rumori dalle 6 di mattina all’interno della struttura…

Déçue par cet hotel

À notre arrivée il n'y avait personne. Pas de réponses à la porte ni aux numéros de téléphone mis sur la porte. Nous avons dû attendre qu'on nous rappelle pour accéder à l'hôtel. De plus le personnel n'est pas sympathique. Malgré ce qui est dit dans le descriptif il n'y a pas d'information ni d'aide pour les informations touristiques. De plus il est indiqué qu'il y a une consigne à bagage mais au moment du départ il n'y avait de nouveau personne à la réception donc nous avons dû mettre nos bagages dans un casier payant à la gare. Du coup pour le Check out nous avons donné les clefs de la chambre au café où nous devions prendre le petit déjeuné... Bref c'est dommage car bien placé et propre mais de manière générale c'était pas terrible... C'est la première fois que je suis déçue en commandant sur ce site. C'est dommage...

The room was quite good and all the facilities required were provided. The only problem for me was the noisy street with a latinoamerican bar where loud music was played till 0.00. Anyway, you cold sleep with the window closed.

All that you need in central Rome

A clean room in central Rome (very near to the Termini Central Train Station) at a very good price. It would not suit everyone as the front desk is often unattended and apart from the room (which is very good) there are no other facilities. If street noise worries you make sure you ask for one of the back rooms. It would have been a 5 expect I had arranged for a late check in (20.40) and they weren't there when I arrived.

Don't Stay Here!

I was disappointed in my stay at the Termini House. While the location is very handy to the train station, the accommodations can only be rated as a 1 in my view. I was with a female friend and we did not feel comfortable there. Our room was large. However the beds were very old with the bedding and pillows questionable. The shower door was falling off, so getting in and out of the shower was tricky. We faced the street, above a sidewalk cafe. The patrons were viewing the championship soccer game on a tv set up outdoors. Naturally the noise lasted my longer than we had hoped (an early start home to Canada the next morning). I booked this hotel based on flattering ratings and on the advertised Frette sheets. When we commented on the condition of the room, the young man at the desk said that they had only acquired the business the week before and that the former owner had removed most things. I would not recommend this space for anyone I know. Deborah J----Canada

hotel bien placé mais gestion zéro

Il n'y a pas de réception et ça ne figure dans aucun document. J'ai dù attendre plus d'une heure dans les escaliers pour que quelques étudiantes et résidentes on ouvert la porte et elles ont appelé quelqu'un au téléphone et 10 min. Après il est venu me remettre les clés de la chambre et de la porte d'entrée.
