Amazing place to stay with our first time with kids in Rome! We used the laundromat down the street and ate at the restaurant walking distance away. There’s also a bus stop nearby! The staff is top notch and will help you with anything you need. Breakfast was great to start us off each morning. We would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay here. From the moment we entered the building, the staff greeted us and laid out all important details regarding transportation to and from historical sites. There is an elevator on site and the rooms were really big compared to standard Italian hotels. There’s even closet space too. They bring breakfast in bed at the time you decide each day with plenty of options to choose from. Plenty of amenities in the bathroom as well. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay! We loved how fresh and clean the room was along with the proximity to all of the main sights of the city. It is a great place for people with children or couples that need a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was simple yet delicious (especially the juices and yogurt!) delivered right to your room. I will recommend this place to everyone no exaggeration!

If I could give the SM Vatican ten stars, I would! Matteo and the rest of the staff were wonderful- professional, personable and so helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the location is perfect. We would highly recommend staying at the SM Vatican Relais!

Location, staff and breakfast make this a must

Great place to stay in Rome. Super convenient to walk to all main attractions, the furthest being the coliseum and that's only 20-25 minutes walk. Staff is incredibly helpful and shower pressure is awesome and very hot water. The included breakfast is so so delightful as well.

Wonderful B&B near the Vatican

Wonderful B&B with an excellent location in Rome. Matteo was a great host - super helpful and responsive. The room is spacious, recently renovated, and very clean with a comfortable bed. We really liked the breakfast in our room concept. There are many very good restaurants and cafes nearby. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Rome.

Fantastic room

Family of 4 from Norway stayed 5 nights. The room nr 6 exceeds most 4-stars (or even some 5*). Breakfast is served in the room at time of choice and the staff was attentive and friendly at all times. Location is great, just 8-10 min walk to the main shopping street, and 15-25 min to all main attractions. This is our new spot when in Rome. Highly recommended.
