Not same room as the picture. Had to walk 3 blocks to another building. Toilet leaks water on floor and doesn’t flush. No toilet paper in the room. The list goes on and on.

Chambre propre et jolie, idealment situé ( dans un quartier animé, a 5 min du metro, et de la gare), personnel très agréable, petite kitchenette a disposition ( avec tous a disposition ). Literie et un peu dur ( comme j'aime ). Petit balcon. Insonorisation déplorables ( on entend tous !!!). Le chauffage n'est pas en continue, du coup en Novembre bah fait froid ( aussitôt demandé une couverture, on me l'a apporté ). La tv ne fonctionnait pas ( mais je ne me suis pas plainte car je ne la regarde pas trop). Dans l'ensemble hôtel correct.

Situated conveniently near Roma Termini, Santamaria Inn is ideal for travelers. The accommodations are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I arrived much earlier, I asked if I could leave my bags while I explore and was invited to make some tea for myself and was told that my room would be ready in half an hour, so they let me check in VERY early, which (after just arriving after a long overnight flight) was a Godsend, because it meant I could start my first morning in Italy with a shower and wearing clean clothes! I highly recommend this place!

Overall very clean and well maintained hotel. Close to train station, which made traveling around to and from the city easy, however, the location didn’t have much else to offer (which is expected). The staff is nice, but seemed to have issues with getting basic amenities like soap. Otherwise great stay - would recommend.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la gare et du Colisée. Bien pratique pour se déplacer dans Rome. Accueil très sympathique avec de nombreux conseils. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Un petit point négatif, les murs sont fins et cela peut générer une nuisance sonore.

Theresa the host/manager/consierge was so helpful and sweet. We were so close to the Santa Maria Basilica. It’s gorgeous. Could hear the bells at night. I loved the bells.

깨끗한 방. 떼르미니역과 가까움. GOOOOOD!!

깨끗한 컨디션과 방도 넓고 좋았어요. :-) 유럽에서 묵은 호텔평균보다 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 많이 크지는 않지만 커플 2명이서 묵기에는 딱 좋았어요. 넓은 책상이 있어서 화장을 하거나, 짐을 정리하기에 좋았어요. 샴푸 및 바디겸용 세안용품은 주는데 치약이 없어서 저희는 현지에서 치약은 샀어요. 옆방이랑도 방음 나쁘지 않았어요. 묵으면서 시끄러웠던적도 없고 ^^ 무엇보다 떼르미니 역이랑 가까워서(걸어서5분) 공항에서 오는날, 공항으로 가는날 공항셔틀버스를 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 코너 돌면 바로 있는 슈퍼마켓이 있는데 일찍 문닫아요. 필요한 물품은 오전에 슈퍼마켓에서 장을 보는 것도 괜찮을 것 같습니다 ^^ 직원이 1명인데 굉장히 친절했어요 :-)
