We had a great stay at Seven Suites!! Very walkable and convenient location!! When we arrived we were greeted with a list of nearby recommendations which were delicious and appreciated!!! The restaurant downstairs was very cute and delicious, we enjoyed the included breakfast available each day there. We got locked out of our room once and were communicated with immediately as well. Cute neighborhood vibe and close enough to get to the main sites. Definitely recommend!

Lovely place in a great area of Rome. A bit away from the action, but highly recommended, close to the bus and also metro lines. The area is safe and there is a little supermarket and an AMAZING cafe in the same building.

Unusual find - great stay

An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.

Wonderful stay in Testaccio!

Really enjoyed our stay at Seven Suites! Room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the balcony. We wanted to be in the Testaccio area, and this was in a perfect location! And we appreciated how the staff arranged our private transfer to the airport on our last day.

Seven Suites is clean, quiet, and has everything that is needed for a stay of a few days in Rome. The location is 2-3 metro stops away from many tourist destinations making the neighborhood an ideal home base for exploring the city while staying a bit off the beaten path. The bakery downstairs is amazing. Highly recommended.

Lovely, large, clean room. Staff were very helpful. The location is a little out of the city centre which we knew when booking, but as long as you don't mind a walk/bus ride it's not really a problem

Exterior a bit gruff but the rooms are clean and include basics, the B&B is part of an apartment building. Staff are friendly and allowed an early check in. Central location walking distance from attractions. Good Bakery downstairs and market nearby, lovely stay in Rome :)

The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building but can reached after a short elevator ride. The accommodations are extremely secure and safe. The rooms and amenities are updated and well taken care of. The hotel provides an excellent place to get a restful night.

I was suprised that this is in an apartment building but once inside the 7suites it was just lovely. I loved the neighborhood the parks the resurants cafes/bars. a short walk to the metro and 4 quick stops to termini station.

Property was just as shown in pictures and check in after hours was so easy! Great bakery a couple doors down that you are given vouchers for breakfast. I only wish I had learned more Italian before going bc a lot of locals do not speak much English. Neighborhood safe. Loved area.

Seven Suites is located in a residential building and in a residential neighborhood (Testaccio), right amongst the locals. We walked throughout the area and enjoyed an evening at a nearby park. The area is quiet and safe (day and night). Our room had a balcony overlooking a church, which is directly across the street from this building. The bakery downstairs is great (well worth it).

What a gem. The most comfortable beds I've ever had at a hotel. So quiet for sleeping, a lovely Italian Cafe below much frequented by the locals because of the quality of their pastries. A useful cornershop nearby, lots of resturants and either walkable to the main areas, or you can take one of the easily accessible buses or trams! We loved it!
