I stay for almost 10 days with my two kids. The Maalot is first class. Located between the Trevi and Pantheon, which are very busy areas, the Maalot of pure quiet and peace as soon as you walk in. The people and service is excellent, friendly, and warm. It was a home away from home. I will go back happily

I would consider this a hidden gem but once you find it, it will be well worth it. This is a family owned and operated establishment, so it was a pleasure doing business with the local community. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...

I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!

This hotel is situated right next to the Spanish steps and the high end shopping district. We decided to eat at the restaurant one night and the food was outstanding! The staff were really attentive and extremely helpful. We definitely hope to stay there again.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. They provided tips on restaurants and arranged a taxi to the airport. The hotel has a small cafe with a coffee machine, biscuits (i.e. cookies) and orange juice. We had one day in Rome, the hotel's made it very convenient to see the sights.
