Location was superperb really close to the coliseum and not a far walk from the trevi fountain. The gelato around the corner is delicious and so is the restaurant next to it. The hotel itself was really nice with tall ceilings and a old functional elevator. They also offered luggage storage for when we have to check out.

Great location, nice hotel, helpful staff

Hotel is very nice with an old and amazing elevator, very good location. But the most incredible in the hotel is staff, very friendly, very helpful and ready to help. Highly rekomend.

We stayed multiple nights at this terrific hidden gem of a hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating from even before we arrived all the way until after checkout. The value we got from this stay allowed us to explore and experience the island as well as the local restaurants and people. I will be back as often as possible and will be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The hotel is located close within walking distance to many attractions. The elevator itself is worth the stay. Room was large for European standards. Could use a little updating but was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely short stay break

Lovely hotel, super friendly and very helpful staff. Location was great, found everything within walking distance from the hotel. Could not fault anything about the room, simple but had everything you needed beds were really comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

While I loved the wonderful service of the staff and their welcoming nature - unfortunately the room we had was not up to standards. The ceiling was cracking and peeling off and fell onto some of our items, the shower had poor pressure and also leaked into the room area through the wall. The shower itself as well seems to have some mold growth in the crevices. The things we did like are the location (very close to main sights) and the kind staff. We also felt safe where the hotel was located and felt secure. My hope is the hotel can make the necessary upgrades to their rooms for future guests as otherwise it’s a great location and could be a fantastic place to stay.

Check in went smooth and actually was able to get a early check in which was great. Front desk is always eager to please. This is obviously an older propery, but it had everything we needed and added charm. Very convenient to everything that Rome has to offer. Would gladly stay again if ever in Rome again.

This was a great spot to be able to explore major monuments in Rome on foot. Close to everything but in the quiet neighbourhood. Excellent fine and the hotel has an elevators this is RARE fir a 2-3 star hotel in Rome. It’s no frills kind of place. Just the basics if you’re not looking to pay too much but still have a safe place to stay. 19 mins cab ride or Uber from Termini.

I had a great stay at this simple yet comfortable hotel right in the heart of Rome! The room itself was basic, but it had everything I needed for a short visit: a comfy bed, clean facilities, and a quiet atmosphere to rest after a busy day. What really stood out, though, was the location—just steps away from some of Rome’s most iconic historical sites. I was able to easily walk to landmarks like the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Trevi Fountain, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay with unbeatable access to Rome’s top attractions, this hotel is a great choice.

Location is just perfect ! Staff is amazing ! But the room is not comfortable. Bed is okay, bathroom is very small. I think it wouldnt be good to stay there when it is cold outside. You can walk to all the attractions in the city thats the best part

Definitely the shower had black mold on the sides of it. The bathroom door was very hard to close. Aside from that it’s in an awesome spot and the staff is super kind. There are many great dining options around the place and it’s very close to the coliseum

Do Not Stay Here!

This place is one step up from a hostel. The description and pictures are misleading. We have traveled extensively throughout Europe and stayed in many modest European hotels, but this place was terrible. We checked out after one night and the hotels.com service team was able to obtain a refund for part of our stay. To you give you an idea of how bad it was, we were willing to lose over €200 in a cancellation fee that the property charged us. However, if all you want is a bed in a good location, this place could be an option. Still on the fence, let the pictures from our stay speak for themselves.

Nice staff and great area. But for the price per night it would make things more comfortable if you could spend a little extra and put a small kettle/coffee maker and mini fridge in each room. There is a convenience store directly across from the hotel which couldn’t really be enjoyed as we were unable to store cold goods or make our own coffee etc. Room AC & Wifi works good but hotel room was very dated. Staff and surrounding area excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The building itself is charming with an old fashion elevator dated over 100 years old. The room itself is basic in amenity, but it didn’t bother me as I spent most of the day exploring and hardly in the room. So if you’re looking for a safe and clean place to sleep at night. This place is perfect. It’s in a central location where everything was walking distance. I never had to walk over 15 minutes to get to all the tourist attractions. The young man who works frequently at the desk was very kind and helpful, giving recommendations on where to eat. However, I found the older man who works there to be rude to me one of the mornings of my stay as I was leaving the hotel. Despite the one interaction, I would definitely stay again. Again, it’s safe, clean, charming and great location.
