Overall a great hotel and I would love to return

Lovely stay in the heart of Rome next to spanish steps, only improvement I would make is to get higher quality orange juice for the breakfast as the orange juice taste was very watery , also the white bread could be better, brown bread was lovely!!

Location is perfect. Metro right there but stil quiet and peacefull street right above the spanish steps. Hotel is clean and elegant and if a limited breakfast is enough then its perfect.

This place is fantastic. It is literally a two minute walk from the Spanish steps, maybe half mile from Trevi… lots of things to see and do and eat. This was the ideal place for a couple nights in Rome.

I would love to give a better review but so many little things spoiled it for us. First there clearly were 4 paintings on the wall but now only three and one hook in the wall. Then we checked the bathroom and some of the towels were dirty from the previous people. It had clearly not been cleaned from before. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned the next day. The toilet seat was wobbly and the button to flush it was dodgy and the toilet kept constantly flushing until you wiggled the button to stop it. The sink plug did not work and despite 3 requests to fix it and someone coming to look. It never got fixed so we spent the whole holiday without a plug in the sink. in the room there are no drawers. 2 side tables but no drawers to put socks and underwear away. We ended up using the wardrobe which was not ideal. Last of all and worst of all, no kettle or tea making facilities. I know we are in Rome and every drinks espresso but I like a tea and it is a hotel for tourists. It would have been nice to have a kettle and some cups. On the plus side they provided loads of toiletries, including sachets of bathroom for our room which only had a shower. If the hotel spent more time on maintainence and less on bath foam sachets for rooms with only showers I would have given a better review

We spent four nights at this hotel and everything was perfect. We loved the size of our room (junior suite), the jacuzzi and the location. The only little cons is breakfast since we love fresh fruits and the choice for that is limited.

Fantastic Location, Modern & Clean

Hotel is in a fantastic location, staff were very friendly and nice, restaurant was great and convenient as it was raining often. 1 minute walk from Spanish steps, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Beds are firm but comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms are very modern and clean. We could hear some random noises and people in the hallways from our room at night but it wasn’t bothersome. Would recommend to friends and family visiting Rome.

Overall was nice however, they promote there SPA however requested $30 each to use the pool for an hour? I understand massages etc would cost but not a pool. The jacuzzi was dirty as soon as you turn the jets on loads of black bits and skin comes blasting out so didn’t use. Location was really good in the middle of a lot of things. Front desk staff was friendly can’t fault them. Stayed 3 nights and didn’t have a maid visit at all. Average not worth £120 a night.

Enjoyable family trip to Rome

We had a great stay at the code hotel in Rome. My partner asked me to marry him on the roof terrace! We will come back for sure. This was part of a month long trip to Italy for our family summer holiday. The room was lovely, very comfortable, the spa bath in our room was a highlight. Some things which could be improved- breakfast was inconsistent, every day things were in different places for example. Some of the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, others were exasperated and made us feel like an inconvenience. The location was perfect! Close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. It would be fantastic if there was a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee but that’s not usual in Italy. Even just glasses to drink from instead of plastic glasses. Overall, we loved staying here! We loved Rome, would recommend.

Good location, but lacks in many areas, friendly and helpful staff. Was given a handicap room, and as a result of this, slipped in the bathroom and hurts myself as the shower has no walls and the water goes everywhere. Very dangerous. Rooms are small, and an inch of dust under the bed. The sheets had a sticker in them also. The cab driver tried to rip us off by trying to charge us a metered fare when you have a special flat rate to the airport of $50 Euros. Charge $60 and collect an e tra $10 dollars. We had none of rhat and paid $50. Overall, your hotel does not atand up to code and is nothing to write home about. I will not be referring your hotel.
