The room was clean but quite disappointed with the tattered condition of the bed frame and unpleasant smell of the headboard. There were shops and restaurants nearby which is a big plus. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Big thank you to Neda who was always willing to help with our questions.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. Our room was cozy and clean. The amenities, staff services, location were all accessible and everything we wanted. Rooms are all on the 5th floor with stairs and a very old lift that only accessible for 3 people or 4 at a squeeze, rooms are very reasonable and in walking distance to all Historic Places to Visit

The only loss of a star was due to the bathroom being a little unpleasantly cramped, and the toilet needing some attention to stop it perpetually flushing. The room was otherwise comfortable and the surrounding area well supplied with dining opportunities. A particular highlight was the hotel's own driver, who was able to act as both airport taxi and concierge when we landed very late, meaning we saved a lot of money on the transfer and traveled in safety and comfort.

Clean and renovated facility

This is a nice renovated property in a very nice area of Rome and very close to Vatican (within walking distance). Close to Metro and bus station. The street was quiet at nights. The building in general and suites are very clean. The management does a great job. I recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay, property is close to restaurants, stores, and the Vatican. I would rate a five star, but the coffee maker didn’t work very well. However, I’m American and I like big cups of coffee. But all in all this is a great place to stay!!

It was next door to a grocery store .... which had everything you could think of. It was very hot, and our room was air conditioned, and very comfortable. Internet... walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The Vatican City is .5 miles away.... this made all tours easy to get to. The property owner made arrangements for a Taxi to airport, and that was icing on cake.

We found though that there were items in the room that needed attention: towel hook very loose from the wall, electrical plug not working, bedside lamp worked intermittently, minor repairs needed at ceiling and floor trim. Overall we were quite happy with our choice, while at the same time it does not fit the description of a typical "hotel". What we found, was basically an apartment with 5 separate rooms. The reception desk was only staffed at the time of our arrival and that upon communication per WhatsApp prior to reaching our destination. The exchange which took place in advance of our trip was friendly and helpful. Room service was held to a minimum but in line with the reasonable price we paid. The location to public transportation, key tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping was excellent!

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, small refrigerator, and Television. There was a market as soon as you step out of the building take 10 steps to the right and there’s the supermarket that have a variety of items. There is also a pharmacy about a 1 minute walk to the left as you exit the building. The facility was a 7 minute walk from the metro which was very convent, 10 to 12 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica. There are so many restaurants in walking distance along with Clothing store’s, souvenir shops, Our favorite restaurant was Caffetria dei Gracchi great food and staff. The room has a great AC unit, Only the bathroom was our complaint. It was so small, step up on a platform to the toilet and even higher for the shower which my bad knees and my husband two hip replacements didn’t too much agree with. There was a cooking appliance that usable on the floor we were on. We were on the 5th floor in Room 5. But overall it was a great stay! I highly recommend this place.
