Everything was great with our stay here, staff was very friendly and helpful every step of the way greatly appreciate them and would recommend them to any guest! Thank you again
This property is in the heart of Trastevere. Neighborhood is safe and close to bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Andreas was a great host and was there to meet us when we arrived. Room was clean and had ac which was a plus.
Clean facilities. Responsive staff via WhatsApp. Went above and beyond to help us out. Allowed us to leave our luggage while room is still being cleaned to go get food and then texted us when the room was ready despite us being there way before the check in time. Area is close to tram and a busy road so the noise level is higher than what we would like. Otherwise, excellent stay.
All my needs were met: special arrangements for my late-night arrival, an adapter for my charging plug, and a convenient location for walks and sightseeing around Rome. Thanks!

We came in after hours so we never met any staff room was very basic but clean.
Lovely hotel. The only possible drawback is that there is no full time front desk, but they provided excellent directions for self check in and were always available via WhatApp. It was very comfortable and pretty spacious for a room in Rome. Very comfortable bed. Very secure building. It's in a very good location. It was easy tour Trastevere from the hotel.
This is not a hotel. It is an Air BnB. Someone at desk for only three hours. I had to leave the tourist tax in cash in an unlocked room when I left. It is also directly next to a public transportation stop that kept me up all night. I don’t want to support any air bnb. I want a real hotel with real service. Air bnb is ruining cities
I would have liked a second key for my mother or just be able to lock the door without having the power go off.
One of the wall outlet didnt work making it difficult to heat water. Otherwise a fairly nice room.
The room was outdated and dreary, it was uncomfortably hot and took almost an hour to cool down...everytime we went out since the air cannot be left on while it's 90-100 degrees in rome in the summer. There was no toilet paper!!! This is a first, in all of my travels i have never been to a hotel that does not provide toilet paper. The staff insisted on communicating via whatsapp and asked for my passports multiple times even after we sent them the photo. The place was relatively clean, although i did not feel comfortable walking barefoot anywhere in my room. The best aspect was the windows, they are double pane so that helped keep the hot air out a bit as well as the bugs. For similar cost, our previous accommodation via expedia in naples was so incredible and beautful with staff present, they should talk to the owner of the amadomus resort, because he clearly knows how to run a small hotel..,
