The best thing about this hotel is the superior location ...the public bus stop in front of the hotel was VERY comvenient.....the surrounding neighborhood had a GREAT variety of retail stores and restaurants ....The hotel staff was so attentive !. Wonderful ...the european elevator was very smooth and took us up the 4 floors without problems... The bathrooms had new fixtures....the Air Conditioning worked fine....the rear facing rooms look out onto the interior courtyard...the street facing rooms have windows facing the street, but noise was minimal

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to a couple of significant issues. First, the hotel is on the 4th floor, and the elevator was not working during our stay. Since we are both over 65, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs was quite difficult. We would like to thank the lady at reception, who was very kind and tried to help us as much as she could. Second, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow into the bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to offer us another room, so we had to take very short showers and place a bunch of towels on the floor to prevent the bathroom from flooding. While we appreciated the convenient location and the receptionist’s efforts to help, the broken elevator and the unresolved bathroom issue significantly affected our comfort. We hope the hotel addresses these problems to provide a better experience for future guests.

L’hotel ha avuto un problema legato alla stanza che avremmo dovuto occupare. Due giorni prima del nostro arrivo, mi hanno chiamato informandomi della cosa e che avevano individuato una struttura alternativa da proporci. Apprezzato molto la correttezza ed il problem solving dimostrato! Davvero complimenti
