Violin Key House is a cozy apartment that will allow you to reach the city center in a few minutes.
The house is on the fourth floor with lift and it has a living room with a sofa, tv and a beautiful balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (with a welcome set of coffee pods), microwave, a queen size bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, free wi-fi internet connection, heating, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot, towels and bed linens.
For arrivals between 20.00 and 23.00 there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at the price of €0.50 per kwh and gas at a cost of €1.30 m/cube. For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit of €200.00 is required for utilities, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Tourist Tax 6,00€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
DIRECTIONS:
Tram n 8 is a 3 minute walk from the house.
The tram in 5 minutes will take you to Trastevere train station, in 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Trastevere and in 15 minutes will reach Piazza Venezia, the heart of Rome.
From Piazza Venezia you can reach the Colosseum and Fori Romani in 10 minutes,Spanish steps,Trevi Fountain and Pantheon in about 15 minutes.
The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Trastevere station then tram n. 8 for 1 stop ( your stop is Gianicolense/Dunant) then 3 minutes walk
Otherwise from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive at Termini train station and from there take the bus H ( your stop is Gianicolense/Dunant) that will leave you at 3 minutes walk from the house.
On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from/to the airport
