"We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city by metro, making it simple to get around and explore.
The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during our stay, especially with the hot weather we experienced. It made coming back to the room after a day of sightseeing so much more comfortable.
The breakfast was fairly basic, but it had everything we needed and was a good way to start each day before heading out.

"Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"

Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep.
