"A friend and I planned a spur of the moment trip to joliet for some haunted houses and happed to find this apartment. Its pet friendly and super clean! The host is very responsive and answered all our messages promptly. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area. I highly recommend this apartment."

"I was extremely pleased with staying at this quiet, quaint property for a few days. Extremely clean, cozy apartment with a bright farmhouse esthetic. This place has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host, Gustavo, was very communicative and provided very detailed instructions on locating the property and how to access it. This will be the place that I will stay if I am back in the area. Thank you so much, Gustavo!"

"Great location and place. We were there on business and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

"Great communication with host. Easy to work with. "

"James was quick to respond to my messages & check-in went smoothly. After arriving, James checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Home was clean & beds were comfortable. The. back deck and small patch provided a perfect place for our little rescue dog to get some sun, stretch her legs & go potty. We would definitelybook this place again for future visits in the area."

"Large space. Access to everything"

"Excellent just what we were looking for"

"Great place to stay"

"The hosts were so responsive! It had everything we needed. Highly recommend!"

"The house was nice and met all of our needs."

"The property was quite a bit different than anticipated. There were some bumps in the road so to speak with our check in process as well as I was not aware of the amount of stairs to get to the part of the house that we stayed in. From the looks of it I believe maybe there was 2 or 3 potential renting but I'm not sure. The communication once arrived was pretty good but I think between it not being what was expected, the very bumpy check in, and a few other things it was just an okay experience."

"We had a really great stay. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. Family friendly home with large yard for kids to play in, host provided high chair and crib making traveling so convenient. House was as picture. Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds and close to everything you need like grocery stores, shops , etc. Highly recommend to traveling families."

"Good for short term stays."

"Overall, no leaks and no bugs. Very run down property needs a lot of work. Beds are reasonably comfortable, AC and Hot Water work well. All other furniture needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable unless you are horizontal in bed. Kitchen Not stocked well, what it does have is old. Kitchen window does not lock i used a wooden spoon to keep it from being slid open from outside. Kind of unsafe if you dont know about it. Again 3 stars is the most it can have. Pics on listing really make it look...
