"This hotel feels like home, clean, comfortable and very safe. It is very close to the Cologne cathedral which is very convenient. The staff was VERY nice and helpful, we'll definetly stay here and/or recommend anyone to stay here."

"Great hotel with great location "

"The hotel is superbly placed near the centre of the old town with its own walkway ( over the busy roads ) to the banks of the Rhine . We were very impressed by the grandeur of the interior and tge room was very spacious and comfortable . Unfortunately tge pool was extremely small ( more of a plunge pool ) not suited to providing me with my daily swimming exercise routine which required a length of 25m."

"We arrived early and were told our room would be ready by 1:00 PM. When we returned, there was a technical issue with the door, and unfortunately after about two hours the problem still could not be fixed. The wait and back-and-forth were frustrating, but I do want to give credit to the staff for how hard they tried to help. They kept us informed, made sure we were comfortable, and ultimately offered to move us to a sister hotel with a cathedral view. While the experience was inconvenient, I appreciated their professionalism and genuine effort to resolve the situation."
