"Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. "Quirky and unusual property,perfectly situated for enjoying Dinan. Having the parking close by is a a real bonus. We thought the church bells might be a problem but quite the opposite. We will miss them!!"

"The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The position is perfect, just 50 metres from the ramparts and the spectacular view over the Rance Valley and the old port. The Basilica and the old town are just 5 minutes walk away. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be a problem in Dinan but the owner allowed us to use her underground garage. "Up 4 Flights of Stairs (5th floor for us Americans) and no elevator. That was not in the description or we would have booked another place. We had luggage and were traveling with seniors. The host was not responsive. He provided an incorrect code for the door. Luckily someone in our party guessed the last digit was wrong or we might still be waiting to get in. Pros: Fast internet, close to the train station and a short walk to restaurants."
