"I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise. Our room was amazing, exactly what we needed and always maintained. Overall, our stay was fantastic and if we find ourselves back in Italy, IQ is at the top of our list.
