"I have no understanding why both lodging designers & contractors don’t mount bathroom fixtures on studs ? Closed captions were not available on the tv; and, desk clerk unable to activate. This is a serious inconvenience for many guests. I was not offered a room with cc’s available, either. Breakfast offerings were mostly gone when we went to breakfast. Very helpful to have the real time airline departure & arrival data display in dining area."
