"A friend and I stayed at this hotel downtown Toronto in May 2026 for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed our stay. It's very large, beautiful, clean and family friendly plus central to everything in the town area, such as the popular Yong Street where you can find the Eaton Mall, the town square, restaurants, shops, and many other amenities. The hotel staff was helpful in every way. Concierge Donna is a lovely lady. She advised us about the microwave which guests may use to reheat leftovers etc. and was also helpful with booking our tour to Niagara Falls, giving us tips and location to catch the Hop-on, Hop-off bus and so much more. We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again whenever we next visit Toronto."
