"Totale mancanza di flessibilità e servizi base. Punti di forza: Parcheggio comodo e posizione strategica vicina al lungomare. Punti deboli: Assenza di servizi in camera, gestione del cliente inaccettabile e promesse non mantenute. Soggiorno di lavoro da dimenticare. Nota positiva solo per il parcheggio e la vicinanza al lungomare, ma i disservizi gestionali hanno reso il soggiorno poco gradevole. Con temperature esterne superiori ai 30 gradi, ho trovato una camera totalmente priva di frigobar....

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."
