"The location is quiet. There is a ferry location about 150 yards from the hotel and you don’t have to deal with the crowds in Bellagio. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. To get to our room there were 2 flights of steps. Bellagio is about a mile walk from the hotel. Nice quiet location"

"It felt like borrowing the apartment of distant, Italian family. We felt very welcome and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. We will return if we're ever going back to Bergamo. Travelling with two very small children, it would’ve been nice to know about the amount of stairs in advance. Same if you have any disability, I suppose."

"The hotel view was amazing, probably one of the best in Lecco. The rooms were clean and AC was good. However, there was a lot of rules we didn’t know about, for example we weren’t able to use any glasses or things from the kitchen, and the pool was only open between 10-12 and 16-20. Also, the hotel was very far up and the bus didn’t go that often, so the hotel is probably more suitable if you have a car."
