As a traveller you would appreciate some customer focus in terms of maybe a bottle of water or coffee capsules or so. Do not expect this here. "

"A few items in the apartment were broken like the microwave, the privacy door for the shower and the washing machine was not functional and would not drain or spin. The key for the parking space also could not be located by the end of our stay, but the company was kind enough to give us a credit for the inconvenience."
