"Our room was clean and nice however the beds were horrible to try to sleep on. No one in our party could sleep on them because they were so hard and we all had body aches from trying to sleep on them. We did really appreciate how clean our room was though. The staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was wonderful as well. The pool was shockingly small. We all couldn't believe how small it was. Breakfast was ok. The attendant was warm and friendly, however the food really left something to be desired. It really wasn't very good. Cereal would've been better had we been able to get milk for it as the carafe that was there was constantly empty or only had a tiny amount in it. To make a pancake (no waffle maker) you had to go out of the kitchen area towards the lobby. No sugar free syrup or for that matter Splenda or sugar free jelly to be found anywhere. The area for breakfast is too small for the compliment of guests the hotel can hold unfortunately, which is probably the reason for the tiny pool as well. We enjoyed the staff in the hotel. They were top notch, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel."

"The restaurant food was delicious and fairly priced. The pool was a disappointment. The air was so hot that it was hard to breathe. Nice pool and hot tub but unbearable to sit and relax. Family used the pool and hot tub (I didn't). Nice atmosphere with music playing and overall decor was very elegant."

"Cleaning staff didn’t understand English and after being told not to clean my room cleaned it anyway and threw away a box with brand new mask for c-pap. No one spoke English when I checked out so hopefully they read this review and correct the situation. Made sense after i found out not English speaking that they cleaned the room but shouldn’t have thrown my box away with mask still in it"
