3 bedroom lovely home in Ronneby

You will stay in a unique location in the archipelago of Ronneby. The beautiful cottage is located directly by the sea in Bökevik and enjoys a panoramic view, a motorboat a free fishing rights in the Baltic Sea. In the house there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. Living room open to the kitchen. The veranda is glazed, located on the west side of the house and has a beautiful sea view. In the annex there is a guest room with 2 bunk beds. The plot is uneven and in it there is garden furniture and a barbecue. An open plastic boat with a 4 hp motor is freely accessible. You can swim from a jetty or from a small beach just below the cottage (25 m). To the larger, child-friendly beach it is 75 m. A tennis court with gravel is 500 m away. Stores and services can be found in Bräkne Hoby or Ronneby. The cottage with its beach plot is located in a quiet, older cottage area. Beautiful house in the Blekinge archipelago.

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage.

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Die Terasse wurde gerade neu gebaut und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer mit den kleinen Inseln. Zum Haus gehört ein kleines Boot mit 8 PS Motor. Man kann damit die nähere Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Der Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
