"This was our second stay at this property. The resort is very nice but there are renovations going on that we were not informed about. The hotel is expensive and they should tell guests about construction. The beach is beautiful, the location is perfect. Many many hidden fees so beware. "

"The hotel and all its services are excellent. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. The cleanliness and organization are impeccable. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette, cabinets, and various utensils. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, with special recognition to JC (Bar), as well as Laurews and Tritas at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service—always polite and professional. The pool and exterior areas are well-organized, attractive, and feature a charming Caribbean and romantic ambiance, accompanied by a variety of music. The food and breakfast options are diverse and of excellent quality. Prices are consistent with the level of service and quality provided—we only hope they remain this way.
