"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout very fast. I liked the convenient parking in parking structure that leads right into the hotel lobby (though I thought the parking was included in the room price though only learned later that it wasn't)"

"Such a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful front desk help. Extra security measures in place for guest staying. Ate at Burger Theory and it was an excellent meal! Did not have the breakfast. My room was close to the highway and it was a tad noisy but nothing serious. Short walk to all the sites downtown. I would definitely use this hotel again!"
