Good option on a budget.

The price and being inclusive of breakfast was great. Contactless check in was fine although scanning ID was tricky. Good range for breakfast. Located within industrial area but no noise during weekend stay.

Quiet hotel 10 minutes far from Lucerne's centre, the perfect solution for who wants to save some money compared to the prices in the centre of Lucerne. The staff is really kind, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Excellent service

Superb place. It's more of a business place than tourism, but suited me well as it's peaceful and safe parking for my motorcycle. Staff are wonderful and price great. The restaurant is excellent! Service and food. I'm still not used to Swiss prices but think it's normal for meals and drinks here. The breakfast provided is excellent!

In an industrial area but very quiet. We walked about a block to this beautiful little church. The breakfast was very good as was the dinner (maybe a little less salt) The staff, especially Pascal, the person serving dinner Sophia? and the person serving breakfast and at checkout (sorry didn’t get her name) were very helpful and friendly.

It was a terrible experience during check in process as our flight were delayed so we had reached hotel around 11:15 pm and there was nobody to help and even check in portal was not scanning documents so we couldn’t get a room key to get access and finally we including my wife and 1 year old daughter had to sleep in the lobby and wait for staff to come in the morning and finally one staff member girl came and she got shocked and disturbed when she saw us sleeping in the lobby as we had no other option and outside it was too cold. However she was very very helpful and promised us to get full refund and also served us a very good breakfast so thank you to her for all the help.

Pay for tap water

Hotel is clean and efficient. Not the best location but if you have a car, nothing is far. The only terrible experience was when I had dinner, a crumpy old man was the servicer and he charged me $2.50 for tap water. Yes TAP WATER at dinner.

Ok hotel, not special for price but reasonable

The guesthouse is ok. Reasonable value as closed to lucerne. It is opposite large paper factory and put in small attic room. Check in closes as 8pm but can make special arrangement to check in later, which is ok and don't have to pay extra for parking.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel e tutto sommato non è stato spiacevole. La ragazza della reception molto carina e gentile nel risolvere un Problema con un addebito errato. Colazione nella norma. La cosa che non ci è proprio piaciuta è quella di non avere un vero e proprio bagno ma bensì una cabina bagno, sembrava quella degli aeroporti, piccolo e scomodo. Pulizia ok. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti da lucerna. Prezzo però troppo alto per quello che offre.

Urgent Programmation automate d'accès à revoir

Borne d'accès débloquant la clef des chambres très mal faite. Elle demande des informations que l'on ne possède pas lors de la réservation. Les demandes d'aide par téléphone restent sans suite. C'est seulement en demandant de l'aide a un client que nous avons obtenu nos clefs. Nous étions sur le point de chercher un autre hôtel

en zone industrielle

hotel correct, sans plus, mais en zone industrielle (grosse usine juste devant). Aucun commerce, ni restauration autour. les 2 personnes qui étaient à la réception n'étaient pas capables de me renseigner sur la ligne de bus qui passe devant l'hotel, et semblaient pas non plus connaitre bien leur établissement. pdj correct, sans plus.

Das Hotel ist im Industriegebiet und wird wohl hauptsächlich von Arbeitern gebucht die dann morgens ab 4.00 Uhr gehen, da das Hotel Stahltüren auch zum Speisesaal hin hat die dann automatisch zufallen, denkt man jedesmal das Haus wird eingerissen. Die ganze Nacht hört man ein Brummen wahrscheinlich von einem Ventilator und die ganze Nacht viel LKW-Verkehr, meine Frau und ich konnten die ganze Nacht kein Auge zumachen, weshalb wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Die zweite Nacht haben wir storniert beim Chef, dieses hat problemlos funktioniert und nach einer Woche habe ich auch schon das Geld auf meinem Konto erhalten. Zum Personal muss ich sagen, sie waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zwei Elektroladesäulen funktionieren nur wenn man ein Tesla fährt, was ich persönlich schade finde denn dies ist aus der Internet Beschreibung in kleinster Weise ersichtlich. Zum Frühstück wie es im Internet dargestellt wird „reichhaltiges Frühstück“ trifft in keiner Weise zu, war sehr enttäuschend. Die Bilder vom Hotel im Internet auf Expedia sind sehr schön in Szene gesetzt lassen aber nicht vermuten das dass Hotel im Industriegebiet liegt. Die Zimmer haben gestunken, vermutlich nach Reinigungsmittel und wenn man den Schrank aufmacht kam einem ein stechender Geruch entgegen dass ich schon an der Kotzgrenze war. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
