"The apartment is well situated being midway between the hillside village of Roquebrun and the coast of Cap Martin with easy access down to Menton and Monaco in the other direction. The apartment itself has great views of Cap Martin and across to Monaco. Even though it is not that big, it is adequately furnished and the secure parking made life very easy. "This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. The house itself is compact, there's really just one room with a bed, a dining table, a very small kitchenette, and a shower room/toilet. "J’ai passé un beau séjour le seul bémol est la communication, car j’ai dû attendre 2heures à la porte de l’appartement. L’appartement était propre. Il y avais tout ce dont l’on avait besoin. Beau quartier avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Épicerie juste en bas. Si je retourne là bas cet appartement me conviendrais il est très abordable compte tenu que le logement me servais plus de lieu où dormir que une habitation."
